I had a DHI session last year and my results were remarkable! The doctors, the treatment and the support system was very good and I am looking forward to my next session this summer

Simon, how was it a few months later? I'm about to get it done. I would really appreciate your thoughts on how pleased you were with the result. deanelliott01@yahoo.co.uk Thanks
@nicklubby1976 - So far I'm really happy. I had it 2 months ago, I was back in work after taking a week off and no-one noticed as I always have my hair shaved about number 2 anyway, and all the redness and dead skin had gone by then. I had the full session, and completely filled in within my natural hair line and it's now starting to thicken up. I think it will only be a matter of time now before people start commenting. So it was money well spent. Good luck.
@topbloke1UK Hey thanks for your feedback.. but i dont understand why there are so many nasty comments on DHI. esp. on the hair loss forum. i even read some where that they dont use disposalbe needles ... it is all competitors talking. pls. clarify if its safe to use their services and are they professionals.
@nicklubby1976 My experience at the clinic in Greece was very professional - I was picked up at the airport, treated like royalty at the clinic, and given all the time I needed for questions etc. A week later when I was back in Geneva where I work, the chairman of the company visited the clinic here and invited me in to have a quick free check up. I've not seen any negative comments anywhere, but yes, it's probably a competitive industry. But I am 110% happy.
@topbloke1UK Hi thanks for the reply. One last question pls.? Do DHI use disposable needles during transplants? Or do they check if patients have HIV before the transplant? If they only sterilise their equipments then their could be a risk right. Just wanted to know about their hygine standards.
@nicklubby1976 I don't know about the equipment being used only once or if it's just steralized. But I think a man with HIV will have far more worries than the need for more hair, so it did not concern me in the slightest. And no they don't do any tests which suggests the risk of infection to the surgeon or other patients is extremely remote.
@topbloke1UK Thanks a lot for the reply ... but my only concern was what if the patient doesnt know if he is infected. its just that i hate needles and its always better to be safe. Also the reason i asked you is because others clinics do take a test before the transplant. Also just type 'DHI transplant reviews' on Google and you will see what i mean when i said bad reviews.
@nicklubby1976 No probs, I hope it goes well. I'll probably not look at the reviews, it's too late now!! But I'm 3 months post-op and I have a natural thickness starting to return and still very discreet - Someone said to me yesterday "your hair looks darker" - The needles are not so bad, I don't like them either but it's nowhere near as bad as having an injection at the dentist. I didn't even see any needles anyway! I just daydreamed for about 6 hours... it was great!
