They used to sell these kits back in the 70'. The ads were in the last pages of Popular Science magazines. I believe they are called "Struck Kit" with the option of a 7, 12 or 16 hp engine. My uncle had one for years but rarely used it. Pretty cool for small jobs.

I live in northern Minnesota that thing wouldn't be a toy, it would work it's ass off! I love it!
