Why would a changeling be hurt by being stabbed wouldn't her body parts just stretch out of the way? Gleep and Gloop could split apart and reassemble, Mr. Fantastic could stretch with impact and survive bullets. Why is Mystique such an ineffective changling in a fight?

@lajuanjones97 In the story her body isn't suppose to be the same as a regular human or she wouldn't be able to change her shape and color. I guess her shape changing ability is far less than Mr. Fantastic, a skrull, Gleep and Gloop though.

@lajuanjones97 Wolverine grew up pouncing for attacks. And it's very easy to get cocky after being immune to a limit of pain from fighting so many wars and having a healing ability and to top it, virtually NOTHING can penitrate his alien metal skeleton. I think anyone would grow arrogant with that. I'm not saying his technique right, just giving info on why he might be like that.

@sexiidude91 Mutants don't always have more strength Prof. X can't walk no strength in his legs and the movie version of Master Mind didn't even have the normal strength to walk either although the comic version had the strength of a normal man. They only have added strength if that is part of their power like Toad and Beast with stronger than normal muscles to jump around. Angel and Cyclops, etc. have human level strength just Angel can also fly and Cyclops shoot energy from his eyes.

In my opinion, though ...

Rebecca Romijn played as Mystique better.

The Mystique in X-Men First Class (Jennifer Lawrence) was a bit too naive and child like.

The older Mystique (Rebecca Romijn) was just downright mean and nasty (and hot).

I must admit i sincerely respect your opinion however the actress of X men first class said before how her portrail of Mystique was not gonna like Rebeccas, in X men first class what we see is how Mystique starts to accept herself as mutant and become later as the Mystique of Rebecca Romijin. It shows how she evolves
