It's not fair to stereotype. I am a Canadiens fan originally from Montreal who adopted the Panthers because I live here. I would NEVER do such a thing. I watched some video of the recent Caps game where a few assholes booed but they were drowned out by cheers, 99% of the fans at the bell Center are not like that. And while it's hard to accept the Panthers are the best professional team in South Florida right now with the most reliable attendance. I'd imagine the Heat did alright last season considering they won the title recently, and football's football. I really don't know how the Heat or Dolphins did but the Marlins have always had problems filling seats.

They boo during the national anthem and their in OUR country! And their way too loud and disrespectful! We at least have the decency to stand during theirs!

On that note, I also feel I need to point out that when we (the Canucks) were playing in LA the Kings fans there booed through our entire anthem, but when the series shifted back to Vancouver we still respected and applauded their's.

Hey, I never said I like the Blue Jays. Canada isn't a BBall country anyways. They still draw more than the Panthers on average (29 144 per 2007 game to the Panther's 14-15 000 (at best). They give away 10 000 free caps, but don't give they all away.

Anyways, the Panthers aren't all that impressive. The Oilers made the playoffs 1st year, and won the Cup in 5. The next 5 of 7 Cups, were theirs. The Lightening won the Cup. Minnesota is a serious contender. Avs are still strong.
