Once in awhile to motivate myself. I give myself a challenge. Sometimes I have a goal sometimes it's just open ended to see how far I can go. Last winter when i was laid off. I gave myself a $250.00 challenge. I found items I knew I could profit on. In the 2 months I was laid off I rolled the 250 into 3000 just for fun. Glendon I think for your viewers you should have a X amount challenge have it go for say a month. Every one V-log it and see who makes most at the end.
The area I am in, is literally depressed, and most people didn't attend the auctions to begin with, and I am not seeing an increase in people attending. Nor am I seeing higher prices. Just a lot of units up for sale. I grabbed a guy off the street, and gave him five dollars to register for the auction (and a free breakfast coupon) because we needed three people or there was no auction.
Excellent points! Even on a small scale (I just buy at garage sales to resell on Ebay), I try to look at the big picture. I buy some duds, but in the end, the great finds make it all worth while. You have to look at the cash flow as a whole, not focus on what each single item brings in.
Also, you ht it on the nose about C/L there are so many great deals. What I like to do with my area of interest is to go over and check out the item and then throw a price at the item that works for me. 9 out of 10 I get it at the price I need to double my money!!!
Here's my observation. I look at the auctions a little like a basketball game. Back in the day 5 or 6 guys playing and nobody was watching. Today the same 5 or maybe 7 players are playing and the other 40 tp 60 60 watching! There is still great opportunity the only tough part is finding a parking place!!!! Keep up the great work!
@UtubeAdminSucksAss -yes it is a hard lesson to learn, but after getting laid off 3 times in a row after doing a great job, I knew I needed to find a better way!
Glendon !! Genius once again my friend , keep up the amazing eye opening video !! PEOPLE OF YOUTUBE LISTEN 2 THIS MAN , I'M MAKING 1500 EVERY YARD SALE AND KILLING IT IN THE STORAGE GAME !! DO YOURSELFS A FAVOR AND GET HIS BOOK COLLECTION YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED !!
