the chord of Dan Bau must be made-tough and strong. Imagine just ONE chord plays the roles of all not like in Dan Tranh, there are whole bunch of chords which can share the "pressure" amongst themselves

I have to thank Master Pham Duc Thanh, who has allowed me to use this instrumental track. He made it in Vietnam with a group there and purposefully played up the "ca tru" influence.

I admit to some surprise when I heard the dan day and praise drum at the beginning. The dan day is a wonderful instrument though and I applaud the use of it wherever it works.
