@sarahiscool1 While this score will always have a special place in my heart (it got me into film scores along with James Horner's "Glory"), if Tan Dun's "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" score is as good as the one for "Hero", I think it deserved it's win. I do think it should have been nominated, but perhaps they didn't want to have two scores for one composer (Portman was also nominated for "Chocolat" the same year).

Although, they certainly don't mind double-nominating John Williams.

@slubanski1 Yeah. The main reason I think this score is so impressive is because I'm a teenager. I like Rock, rap, hip-hop, all that stuff. But listening to this is way better then the rest of what i said.
