there is a better way but this workas more at the end of the game

1. set land mines infront of big dady

2. fire launcer into him

3. finish off with drill ( be sure to have the frost attament so the big dady cant attack u back

use the drill! :D i used it with heavy drill 1, heavy drill 2 and ice drill or whatever, it worked like a charm. i don't know how good the drill is without those tonics would've liked to see that ;)
