  • @AdudenamedKemp I was thinking da same thing

  • This is not painful at all I just had them done yesterday, yes I woke up sore but nothing to major I just hop it gets rid of my back

  • I'm not diabetic, but I check my blood every now and then, just to be sure.

I'm 12, and guess what? Lancets don't hurt at all, a small little pinch and its fine, I'm entertained by the blood you could say. Calm down, they can't kill you.

  • I don't like that glance at the end of the video.

  • Unless you've had this procedure done, or have any idea why acupuncture is effective, stop talking. No one is FORCING anyone to do these treatments. They are EFFECTIVE for those who choose to do them. It's sad that the world is so reliant on narcotics and man-made chemicals shaped into pills that even the idea of TRADITIONAL medicine and healing is so "barbaric" and "disgusting". What's disgusting is all you small-ended, uneducated hillbillies.

  • If there were a God in the entirety of existence, that Dumbass would get rid of these fucking advertisements.

  • ew

  • he sounds dissapointed that there was little blood.

  • And theres a little bruising, this is quite effective for relieving pain lol

  • 2 needles, 1 cup

  • he dosent wear gloves because back when chinese medicin came out there was no gloves and he dosent need gloves and wont wear them id feel completly safe into an honest skilled chinese medicin practitioner (i will never allow some one to stick needles in me unless they were raised in china and has been around it there entire life)

  • @blazeclicker ya there were no alcohol swabs to make the areas sterile either, but i dont see you rejecting those.

  • @puddiah11 dont be an idiot im not afraid of a disease from the needle but you can kill some one with a needle accidently or purpously

  • @blazeclicker there is no possible way those tiny needles can kill someone from anywhere unless there are acupuncture points in the eye or 6 inches into the temple. Your the idiot.

  • @puddiah11 dude ur fucking stupid traditional chinese accupuncture needles are made of bamboo and look like fucking skewers and even the tinyest needle can kill fool there are such things like the "death" toutch and also what an easy way to kill some body your victime is laying infront of you un moving unsuspecting and completely voulnerable and all you have to do is insert one or 2 "accidently" incorectly places needles and ur patient dies btw traditional needle were much longer

  • @blazeclicker are you even watching and talking about the freaking video anymore? seriously, those needles are not made out of bamboo and they are tiny. An accidental move still cant kill. and now your talking about "traditional" needles because you realized i was right and that there is no way that those needles could kill.

  • @puddiah11 omg are you that idiotic? these needles are perfectly capable of killing if you have the know how also traditional needles were made of bamboo or bone (a fish or a shard of a bone) and i know the needles in the video are not made out of bamboo i am not blind. its what 1/4th of skin on the back of the neck protecting the spine? pirce the spinal corde with anything no matter how thin it will kill or paralise

  • @blazeclicker "perfectly capable of killing if you have the know how". That would be a good point if acupuncturists were TRYING TO FUCKING KILL, WHICH THEY ARENT. and you clearly dont have an understanding of where the spinal cord is. why wouldnt you just do a quick google search before saying something that stupid.

  • this method removes toxins accumalted in the blood and de toxifies the blood....

  • The way he looks away unsurely at the end is not very reassuring that it's, "Quite effective for pain."

  • hey, that's Chuck my bucher! Wow, so this is what he does on his spare time.

  • you guys must be smarter than those who came up with this 4000 years ago, and still using it today....

  • @rageagaintstheNWO ipokratis was the first one u used that method

  • Bleeding, seriously? This is the most medieval thing I've ever seen, how is this supposed to even help. Stagnant blood, the body is constantly circulating blood. If you have stagnant blood you're already dead.

  • I'm diabetic, lancets don't really hurt as much as you'd think. Stop having a heart attack, people.

  • this looks VERY painful !

  • It might be his son...you don't know.

  • tego nie powinno przykładać się na KRĘGOSŁUP!!!

  • I like the look on his face at the end of the video lol....

  • lol LEGO MAN

  • It looks like hes not sure at the end when he says"and it's quite effective for pain.x*Maybe*x

  • We MUST KICK OUT these ugly, barbaric, disgusting, brutal practices out of out Beautigul America!!!!

  • @aarmeti YEAH NOT OUR BEAUTIGUL AMERICA!

Freedom bitch, we got it. You can do whatever you want.

  • @aarmeti What are you talking about...? If they are so barbaric why would some people do it willing? I don't think I would ever take part in any of those practices, but that is just personal preference... It's spelled beautiful not "Beautigul"...

  • @KittyNinjaPiper People also used to willingly allow doctors to leech them. That doesn't mean it isn't barbaric.

  • "It's quite effective for pain." He says it with no sense of irony.

  • I wonder who is your Master who taught you this method.

Please note that for such method, it is only effective...if the patient can withstand it...you should prick as much holes as possible and not a ridiculous 01 hole. The more holes mean the more passageway for the stagnant blood to be released. Only this way, you can resolve your patient's problem.

I have patients whom I have prick about 20 - 30 holes each time and to repeat the process 4 - 5 times.

  • @mimoh999 my dad had a bad cold and our neighbor used those cups on his back.I think he only did one hole just to show not for therapy.

  • @mimoh999 Sounds a little naughty lol

  • in the rural parts of china, they still use animal horns instead of cups.

  • Is it works for Demonic possession

  • I do this for my relatives/ like uncle and aunts sometimes when they catch a cold but we don't do use cups along the spine, and we don't make a hole in the skin. This is totally different, what's the point of sucking the blood? I thought the cupping only makes bruises to keep the bad blood from your system so that it can heal on its' own.

  • No gloves... what a maroon. Why doesn't he just put his penis there.

  • this guy is gay

  • this is known in arabic or islamic medication and no dubiety that it is healthful.

  • in the next video he used leeches and then drilled a hole in this guys head to let the bad spirits out.

  • @scottbaioisdead excellent, maybe youtube could drill holes in their servers and delete all the junk from expert village. They flood the site with videos to make a living, nothing else. A lot of what they show is not correct and in cases like this - quite dangerous.

  • no gloves........ yea thats totally safe and sterile when dealing with someones blood

  • idk what this guy is doing.. A 78 year old Korean man did performed acupuncture with gloves and the face mask thing, also wearing nurse's clothing (that green jumpsuit thing)

  • yea this is jus being stupid and very unsafe with all the bloodbourne pathogens out there now

  • This is what my nightmares are made of.

  • No gloves? Working with blood without gloves? Glad to see h's not pretending to be a doctor. I think most people stopped doing this kind of "treatment" over 100 years ago.

  • this treatment hasnt really stoped at all actually, it has lost alot of the popular movement, but its actually gaining momentum again ^_^

  • One of the biggest side affects of anti-depressant drugs is..depression & suicidal tendencies. See anything wrong with that picture!..yet they continue to prescribe them indiscriminately like candy!...and you guys make a big fuss over a what might be 5ml of blood?

  • you may also ask why 140,000 people a year die in the US from the side effects of prescription drugs that most of the time only treat the symptom and not the cause. wow thats the 5th leading causes of death in the U.S. Only around 50 a year in TCM related death in the US and most of the time there is no proof its a direct cause of the treatment. When something lasts not hundreds but thousands of years and now in this day and age is starting to be used internationally you dont need peer reviews.

  • @kamyad 5ml of blood filled with AIDS is worse than a bullet in the chamber

  • @daeman13 agreed, but the patient might also catch something in that example. expert village promoting profit over hygiene! In the UK someone like that would be closed down.

  • Its frightening how so many people can be so self righteous, opinionated and narrow minded.

    Acupuncture doesnt work?

Western medical science is in fact more flawed than you would otherwise be led to believe. It is primarily motivated by profit. So off course, if something alternative than cant be patented is going to tread on big pharmas toes you either wont hear about it, it gets banned or gets ridiculed.

  • I don't think that modern medical science has all the answers, but if one method can give me carefully recorded statistics on how many people they've used this on, how many people got which side affects, and how many people got better, and the other can't... I'm going to go with the devil I know.

  • it helps alot

  • is this different from normal acupuntre with needles ??

  • fuck that

  • LOL.. i like your response

  • Many health benefits with cupping go to propheticmedicine co cc

  • I would be way to scared to do that

  • Umm.. I thought they debunked bleeding people as a treatment since the 18th century.

  • That bleeding was for a totally different reason with a totally different concept behind it. Also unlike that bleeding, which was totally useless and actually harmful, this type has been shown to work for hundreds of years.

  • Could you point me to a peer reviewed study showing this same conclusion?

  • Go borrow an acupuncture book from the library and read it. Or, possibly consider the fact that acupuncture, which includes this type of bleeding, has been around for hundreds of years and is still used very successfully while blood letting died out in the Enlightenment Era. If acupuncture was indeed the same as the other type of bleeding, it would have been "debunked" as well since it has spread to other countries as well, but it hasn't.

  • I would not get my knowledge from a book about the subject. i want a skeptical peer reviewed source for my knowledge. Wouldn't you? Many things have been around for hundreds or thousands of years and still have no real world proof. Can you provide an unbiased source for your claims or not?

  • with traditional Chinese medicine. its really hard to find the proof western medicine wants because you cannot submit TCM to the western scientific method. in wholistic medicine the doctor understands that each person, no matter how similar symptoms and problem may be to others, has his or her own treatment since everyone is different. So you would have to find a few hundred of the same person at the same time and that's not possible. if you read a good acupuncture book you will see why.

  • consider the fact that killing Kurds has been around for hundreds of years and is still used very successfully- does that mean it is good? rhetorical question, the answer is no

  • please tell me were ?

  • I found a few and I posted them but obviously, they aren't here anymore...that's really strange.

  • This is normal. Since you are inserting needles into the body, it is hard to avoid every single blood vessel if you cannot see them. It is not uncommon nor is it bad if one of the points bled. :o)

And, no, it shouldn't hurt. You might feel the prick of the needles going in, but it shouldn't be excruciating. You should also feel sensation around where the needle is inserted into the body. If the points hurt too much, let your practitioner know.

  • actually it doesn't. it looks much worse than it really is. the initial prick hurts, but that's just the same as if you were getting blood to test if you were diabetic.

  • Morphine.... just for the hell of it

  • this is crazy!!! i do "regular" acupuncture.. where they just use needles... THAT i recommend, THIS i am afraid of haha.

  • i hope he sterilises the cups :s lol

  • He's not wearing latex gloves, that's kind of scary.

  • hows does the bleeding improve your health?

  • I think they make areas with stagnant blood bleed, so they can release the pressure to which causes the pain.

  • It looks like a medieval form or torture O.o

  • can u use any cup or is that a special one?

  • !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!OMG

that looks sooo painful :( that poor model even bleeds :(

i have a really bad back for the past month now i cant bend over or even lie down without shaking but this looks just... WOW!

  • i feel bad for the model he tested on

  • ouch this seem so painful. i've seen this done before but without the poking of needle. i don't think this doctor know what his doing.

  • Yes, he does. This is a therapy method in Chinese Medicine, but not everyone uses it. It isn't painful actually, only the initial prick of the lancet is. Cupping actually feels very good.

  • I've seen a lot of Asians do this. It's used to treat things like pain or maybe a cold if i remember correctly. My mom would ask me for help when it come to this since she has like pain on her back and she would ask me to do this to her back and then she feels much better the next day. We don't actually do what that guy does in the video. We use something else.

  • so what do you use??

  • omg why would anyone do that!?!?!!?

  • he didnt even use gloves.. so much for "sterile technique"

  • No thanks! I'll give me Vicodin.

  • no offence, but eww

  • This is complete fraud. It helps people with hypochondriac issues, but other than that it does not even address the actual medical problem. It requires people to keep up with treatment that is most normally cured after a short duration with medicine. Skeptic Magazine posted a study that showed people who went through false acupuncture were actually more likely to see positive health benefits than those going through this actual treatment.

  • "Little bit of bruising" This is crude and grotesque. I'd recommend a flag here.

  • wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • looks like fun.

  • Acupuncture is a complete fraud. It has no scientific backing. One may as well just take a plecebo.

  • omg is he dead@_@

  • soo emo

  • What is this treatment for? O_O

  • what the fuck? O.o

  • crazy nonsense

  • No Gloves!!!! Big Mistake, I wouldn't go to this guy for treatments. First rule of medicine, protect yourself...and your paitent/client.

Where did he get his education from? Even vets use protective wear.

  • he probably knows the person, but still. he isnt setting a very good example...

  • What the fuck.

  • I dont get how this works does anyone know?...I know that acupreshure works though maybe not this...

  • Yeah... my mother does this to me on a regular basis. It DOES hurt, and I don't see how it helps. All I end up with is a bunch of bruises on my back >=[

  • your mom probably does it too much and thats called abuse...

  • She does it everytime I get a cold, or a fever.

  • This video has inspired me to end my subscription to expert village. There's no evidence that this crap works any better than the placebo effect. You people that call skeptics ignorant of other cultures haven't done any real research into this and are the true ignoramuses. It's fun to believe in mystical things, but it doesn't make them true. Try reading about the studies that have been done about acupuncture and look for findings that conflict with what you want. Otherwise you're biased.

  • I think that's a great idea. I'm sick of this pseudo-scientific bullshit being posted every week.

ExpertVillage is practically indirectly murdering people by telling them that they can hold off medical treatment for their terminal diseases by using this garbage as an alternative.

    Yeah, unsubscribing.

  • Bravo! I commend you. I encourage anyone else who thinks this is a crappy video to unsubscribe and tell people that this is just a big scam that some people fall for. There is no "mystical ancient wisdom" people! Modern medicine surpassed all folk remedies and other hooha a long time ago. Movies and tv shows just keep perpetuating the myth that eastern medicine still has a lot to teach us in the 21st century. It's just not so. Trust a doctor. They're not perfect, but they're the best.

  • What are you going to say to your doctor when he wants to refer you to an acupuncturist? Who can you trust now?

  • I would say a doctor that recommends a psuedoscience to me either thinks I need a placebo or has gone retard, thus time to get a new doctor.

  • persay, thusly

  • who says they haven't. lol

let me guess you just decided to put the little opinon down.

    what a patheitc hypocrite....

Have you taken an actual class on acupuncture....

    is studied the whys...

    NO.

you just automatically assumed people were ignorant. making you ignorant.

  • I can assure you that I am ignorant on some things to be sure, but on those things I am not opinionated. That's the route to failure and arrogance. It seems that the most opinionated among us are the most poorly educated. You sir, have demonstrated exactly what I'm talking about. If your "knowledge" of acupuncture is as good as your writing ability, then I rest my case. Thanks for helping me prove my point so well. I'll say it again. Acupuncture doesn't work! It's for suckers!

  • o.o wait...!? i wasn't replying to you LMAO

AND HAY >o my writing skills are good. if i put my mind to it... lol

  • lmao. after the video...

    the doctor..

"you can wake up now... sir... SIR."

    LMAO

  • haha lol but seriously this stuff isnt bullcrap. Just respect it because I have used it and it works. But from what I see this guy doesn't need the acupuncture. When it truly works bubbles like comeout like heck, and it fills the whole cup. the blood is sticky and black.

  • at least some people recognize the great benefits of this practice!and you are one of them

its very powerful, painless, free of harmful pain killers anyone can do it you dont have to be a doctot or even a nurse. If people watch it they must have some interest in it no matter how much they knock it1.Have you notice 9ooo viewers after just one day!!!!!!!shows you how popular this has become!!

  • Oh believe me... you don't have to tell me.

  • I thought the doctor was pretty funny as well. At the end he seemed awkward with his wide left glance. "Thanks for your time.....now get the hell out of my office."

  • he is not a doctor

  • I did it during soccer, my feet was killing me and nothing worked. So I poked few holes in my foot and took blood out and as I expected blobs came out. Blobs are blood that is dead without oxygen and when all blooby blood came out my feet were fine

  • I am 100% agree with you. In fact in our culture/religion we have the exact same description that you described the Blobs with.

If people read a lot about healing using natural food/ingredients/spices/leavs lines on Natural food stores would be double the size of those in front of Meijers/walmart...etc.

  • its just that many Americans are so freaking ignorant of other cultures and dont appreciate it. They think they have the best in everything and just bash anything else

  • This works. There are so many stupid people out there who believes western medicine is the best. Yea, its the best when their are ton of side effects and is all made from a lab. Human body is natural and can be cured naturally without chemicals. These things have been around for thousands of years because they work.

Usually pain is caused by lack of blood flowing in your body. When someone with back pain or any pain does it, it should work

  • So wait... you'd rather get some hokey Eastern con-artist to pretend to heal you, than get some actual medical care that might have some minor side-effects?

    You really are fucking ignorant.

  • You are ignorant because you don't even know what this is about and never done it. You are ignorant of other cultures. Obviously there is a culture shock of seeing this, but for you to bash it and call it rubbish is quite ridiculous.

  • sorry but that is just plain crazy.

  • Its because you were raised in a place where all you do is cut people self open and put metal in the bodies and sew them back up, later to find that your body has been poisoned from the metal and get cancer. Thats how anyone else can think of it. If you never done it you can't say its crazy. It works and I can tell you from own experience

  • Still very educational.

  • we call this mythod in arabic "Alhejamah"

it's really effective and it cures pain and other things perfctly despite the fact that it's kinda wierd one..

it just funny how you treat pain with pain to make it go away..

  • Yeah, really funny. No wait, it's just sad - sad that people are stupid enough to buy into this shit.

  • no what sad is that some people can't see byond thier noses..

  • ouuuuuuchhh....NO TNXXX

  • How? How is it effective? I just don't believe it.

My room mate is from Vietnam and showed me the same thing on his back. He claimed that it made his 'cold' go away. How?

I just don't believe it, and I'm into Reiki.

  • HOLY MOTHERFUCK

that shit looks like it hurts!!!!!!!!!

  • Cupping is used to get rid of toxines inside ur body, it build upm and its really nasty if u look at it after u see all the liquid.

Acpuntucre is used ... complicated, WEll ur brain sends the healing cell thingies to cuts and stuff, well acucnutre is like goign ti in a small scalem but the brain sitll sends cells there and stuff, so yea more cum and helps the body

  • God, you're unbelievably stupid. It doesn't surprise me from your communication skills that you'd be ignorant enough to believe in this bullshit.

  • What does that do and can i try it at home?

  • it has lots of benfits to the body and you can't do it yourself of course..

it's better to let someone expert to do it for you so you don't do it the wrong way then get bad results..

  • is that guy on the table dead?

  • No, because if he were, then he wouldn't be bleeding. xD

  • I wouldn't go to that doctor- right after he said "if we leave this on here a few minutes, that amount of blood will increase....Long pause, "Let's give that a moment to do its work." He should definitely be working with gloves, especially when working with blood. An expert would know that. It unnerves me when he looks to the side at the end. Like his dark side is about to show.

  • Are the results just psychological? I mean how can this medically work?

  • It doesn't...

  • What purpose does this serve?

  • its to get rid of toxines or chest infections etc

  • To make gullible people waste their money on hokey Eastern pseudo-medicine that doesn't do anything but make you feel good about yourself.

    Unbelievably stupid.

  • @TheNilvarg strongly agree! whatever these are from! no matter where! it should be gone from the EARTH! looks like turture! sigusting! God bless america and all over the world and make them clean the world of any isgusting acts!

  • what if the cup builds to much pressure and it gets stuck on?

  • shouldnt he be wearing gloves

  • How about gloves?

  • seriously

  • yes its true!

  • its not painful.... the only feeling is the contracting of the skin and slight sucking.... lol doesnt hurt, except that damn needle

  • No, the only real harm is the fact that it tricks people into believing that their sickness is being treated, while in reality, it's just getting worse because they're satisfied with this bullshit holistic treatment that does nothing.

  • That looks painful, I don't think I could do that.

  • arm pit hair =P

  • Ohh,poor patient

  • ill

  • anon delivers

  • :')

  • i really want to try this out looks so fun

  • 支持中医

  • wut?

  • It may or may not work, but I'm not too keen on having cup hickies all over my back just cause I'm feeling depressed.Just because it's from ancient chinese medicine doesn't mean it all that good for you...

  • my mother always did cupping on me when I had a chesty cough,it always work, the following day my chest would be completely cleared and I never felt any pain at all.Oh and we are not chinese we are french, plenty of people use to usethis method!!!

  • It also work for having depression & anxiety. Not all people wants to have accupuncture cuz the doctor use some kind of needle, it has long thin needle part at the last part in order to put on your nervous system. Even though it is originated from China followed by the Korean. This thing can cure and this is true.
