It's not the Cect t98. That's a less updated version, I think. This is known the CECT i32 HiPhone or sometimes CECT p168+ (something like that).

The S688 does not tilt/have 5 games(just 1), 1 sim slot, heavy as fuck, up/down lever on top with the power button and usb connector below. No camera button. If you ask me, kinda shittier than the a380i. The s688 does not have the handwritting recognition but you can still write on the screen(just doesn't do anything else) and no stylus.

I have a phone similar to this and mine is the Cect s688. Looks just like it in a nifty box and all. Even the menu screen is exact except placement of the icons. Now as for the tilt and game wise...not the same. Doesn't even operate like that. S688 looks to be the lower end of the two models(one you see in video).
