Different states have different regulations. I actually just asked a State Trooper about this last week, and he knew of no ordinance off the top of his head prohibiting this. This is a dual system and I DO pay road tax on my diesel. The 5 speed came from NY - story was that seller's uncle brought it over from Portugal!

this is against the law because you are not paying ROAD TAX. and where did you get your hands on that stick version very hard to find.
