The reason this coalition is taking so long is because China is in bed with the WB , WTO and world central banking system. Putin is an adversary of the London City State and at the top of their "shit list", even before Iran. Putin knows the true history of communism, Marx and where it came from. He also fought relentlessly to shed the Bank of England's hold over Russia.
WW 3 will begin in the middle east but, in actuality, will be be the jumping off point for the "west" to finally rape Russia.
