Are you using the correct camera mode? There are many variations (focused on player 1 or 2, between the two players, on a specific area or gameplay cam). Mess around with the cameras is all I can say, and don't be surprised if you have to restart the edit more than once to get it right.

The personality change is, because, Leon is somewhat Squallafter finishing the game (do it, you will know what im taking), an Squall in Dissidia is more like Squall before finishing it (its more like Squall the whole game)

Well Ulty did achieve Time Compression for a little while on the end of the game, so if your counting her final form, she raeps Luxord. If not... I'd still give it to her, seeing as though she still has Griever and who knows what other powers.

Add that to the fact that I didn't have all his moves and I was messing around with Ulty (I wanted this to be a movie-like replay and not a wtfpwn in 3 seconds) and there you have it.

This was completely done using Dissidia's Replay System. Save, edit and export.

I love it since if anything awesome happens while in a fight you can always save it and show (have a video of Firion VS Bartz where both used the same move, both got it by it and were sent flying in opposite directions.)

Squall's hair is the same; it's his outfit that's been modified (the design in Dissidia is his original outfit, but not used in FF8). With the exception of the piece of cloth on his hip, I like it. He looks younger here than he did in FF8. He looks his age.
