However, our personalitys and mental set-up also can play a part in our gender identity. For example, your brain can be female whilst your reproductive system is male. At the end of the day though, it dosn't really matter what gender he is. He makes beautiful music and that's all that should really matter.

Mate, originally in The Eye interviews he said "He always knew he was Cocksucker" (that's his words people) So yes he was gay.
But since then he has grown. that was back in his 20's for shit's sakes.
but since then he has described himself as an androgyn, that entails having no fixed gender. so therefore it's impossible for him to actually be gay.
He is also now in a relationship with the sisters from cocorosie. it's been stated in interviews "buddy".
