Nintendo 3DS Ambassador Program (How To Download Free Games)

UM... I got my 3DS in June 2011.... And I can't get the ambassador games. Is there something I have to do BEFORE i go to settings/other in eshop? Because in "your downloads" all I have listed are 3 downloads. I really don't understand this and it's frustrating as fuck.

I got my 3DS after the deadline, but Nintendo's site claims I'm eligable to be a 3DS Ambassador, but I got on Christmas 2011, and don't have the certificate. Can I become one after the deadline if it tells me I can be one?

@claysmashbroshq hum thats weird i remember though that there was things you had to do to submit though like they said to connect to the 3ds shop beforee the deadline and it will activate if anything other than that you should call there support number and talk to an executive.

@TheShamrizkhan you have had to buy it when it was at the 250 price when mimiomoto said that he would price drop the 3DS people were pissed so he announced the ambassador program witch allows gamers to get 25 free games.

I'm from Australia and it's september the 1st here, i know I'm an ambassador, I've checked the website but it still has not given me any option to download any games. Do i have to wait till later in the day? please respond! THANKS! :D
