as much as i like the mako in linear story missions,do you really miss going around a bland map searching for stuff? sometimes the map where nice but sometimes that was just a big rock with lots of mountain that was a pain driving there,at least in mass effect 2 u dont get much driving,and scanning plannets might be tedious but i'll take that rather than driving the mako on big maps

@DJBV The hammerhead must be made of paper mache, it takes a couple geth shots from a geth on foot and its bells and whistles are going off that its about to explode.

But when they fire rockets at you in the Mako you can start the jump jets and jump right over the rocket.

If you do get hit you could take a couple hits.

PLUS mako had main gun and machine gun, Hammerhead is rockets only.

i dunno i enjoyed driving the hammerhead more than mako i like the huge jump it makes and the fact its fast enough to dodge anything...but i didn't compared the vehicles i compared the gameplay i explained that exploring planets especially planets with mountains in ME1 was so tedious while the driving section in ME2 are nicely balanced

@DJBV It would be cool if they beefed up the armor on the hammerhead, added a secondary weapon.

Then added some wide open planets to explore, you could do it faster in the hammerhead.

This could be DLC for ME1 or ME2 , I would totally get that. :o)

But yeah, there's likely a better vehicle in ME3. In-universe, the hammerhead is a protoype. And IRL the devs say that it was a proto-vehicle used to test what kind of all-terrain the fans wanted.

@BERZ3RK100 once you get past 50 and all the armors are the X model variations you start seeing colossus alot. I personally "omni-gelled" like 15 colossus armors (turian, quarian, heavy/light/medium human) simply because I was maxed on my money and had nothing better to do with it when I had everyone decked in Colossus X armor with full medical exoskeleton X and kinetic exoskeleton X equipped.
