  • Absolutely awesome! So well done. GOD bless you for making this vid, for going to Kazakhstan, and for following GOD's will for your life. Blessings and success always, esp. at Bible College.

  • Honestly stop arguing. I am halfkazakhstan and half russian and this is the orphanage that i came from. This was my home and in one of the pictures is my little brother that i will never ever will get to see. I know all of those kids because they were the only family i ever had until now. Appreciate everything you have. Most of you probably know nothing about this country so please stop arguing

  • i grew up there its terrible

  • @MyBigfoot12 where are u now ?and could u tell a little more..im curious

  • this is the TRUE EURASIAN PEOPLE!.. where white(from russia) and han chinese (form mongolia) mix...

  • you ARE FUCKIGN STUPID NO SOME OF THEM ARE JUST PURE RUSSIANS FROM RUSSIAN SETTLERS FORM THE 18TH CENTURY. THE OTHERS ARE KAZAKHS YOU DO NOT EVEN KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THESE PEOPLE. KAZAKHS ARE SCYTHIANS AND HUNS WHO WERE WHITE MIXED WITH HEAVILY WITH TURKIC TRIBES AND ALOT OF MONGOLOID TRIBES BUT NO PURE MOGNOLS YOU ARE AN IDIOT NON OF THEM ARE CHINESE

  • sorry to offend you..im just realy crazy about kazhkstan..i found ur country interesting and unique..yeah sorry about that..

  • @16and30

what? u do not know what ur talking about, HUNS are turkish people... Yes there are russians in kazakhstan, but me 100% kazakh, so I took that as an insult, The Huns aren't chinese, they were the ones that fought china. So Learn before u speak

  • @aidar24 huns is from mongolia ryt?

  • @16and30

No they are from central asia, t spread around different countries during 1800's, they now like to be knowned by the "Hungarians".

  • @aidar24 but i thought that huns are mongols but HAN is chinese?. i have to disagree that "asians" ancestry came from asia first then europe,

  • @16and30 \

No the huns are from asia, and part of them went to europe, and kazakhstan is a euro-asia because almost half of the country is on europe side, and the other is asia... but why do u care so much? are u kazakh or something?

  • @aidar24 im not kazakh, im just realy interested on diff kidns of people, i just dont want to be naive and ignorant if i ever will meet a kazakh, THATS ALL!, i just love diff cultures and ethnicites

  • @16and30 LOL thats cool, I'm the different, I like my country more than any other. I like knowing facts about other countries, but not if they are ignorant like some in the USA.

  • @aidar24 ok, im from canada

  • Every child in the picture is pretty much all people. Ask them to love the people love and want them as part of the family soon. Encouraged all children.

  • hey ummm Kazakhstan is a islamic country? whats with all the bible shit?

  • Hey... So that Bible "STUFF" you are complaining about... It is also found in the Quran... I suppose if you read it you would know that those Bible verses are the words of the Prophet and King David- who is also found in the Quran.

  • nice

  • So, sorry everyone but apparently my video cannot have the audio right now because of copyright purposes... or at least that is what YouTube says. I'm not totally sure how the copyright stuff works so if anyone has any advice on how I would be able to get the audio back I'd greatly appreciate it. I had the slide show set to the song "Home" by Michael Buble. So if you really want, you cant just start the song and watch the video! Sorry for the inconvenience!

  • Some of these children are ethnic Kazakhs. As you know we a muslim people. What are you going to teach them about their religion, culture and history? This is wrong. We are lobbying now with our government to get this stopped. Most people were not aware of this.

  • they are so beautiful. I wish I could hug each one.

  • so sad video :( i ve one little girl from belarus she make me happy everytime she stay with me!i love it:(((

  • oneday i'll do the same like you, i must been tough in my life, the government leaved us too many pains.

  • i love kazakhstan

  • They have beautiful smiles:))) God bless and great video, thank you.

  • We adopted three boys from Kazakhstan in 1994. It is such a beautiful country. The women who took care of our boys at the orphanage were wonderful. We could tell they loved them too. I hope we can go back with the boys to visit some time.

  • I know those kids! One of them is my daughter!!! I love them all.

  • Well even though I found out it wasn't my daughter, most of the kids in that group photo look EXACTLY LIKE the kids in her group when they were all little. The resemblence is uncanny. That's why I was so surprised that this trip was AFTER I adopted her. it's weird.

  • it's touching movie...

    I wanna go home, too...

I'm from Kazakhstan, but now i'm in USA... and i want back to home...

  • I want to go back home too! I am from Almaty, the best city in the world!!!

  • oh yeah well your a pedifile to and just for that i will bomb almaty

  • so do u know borat

  • this has been an absolutely touching video. so is going to kazakhstan like going to russia?

  • i imagine it's similar- only in a sense that most people speak russian- and in most populated cities throughout kazakhstan, there are plenty of people of russian nationality....my wife's russian but she was born and raised in kazakhstan- we're going to almaty in june to visit her family- i've never been there so i've been watching countless videos of the place. from what i've seen, almaty is like a mixture of moscow and pakistan... half russian and half kazakh/muslim

  • yeah... there is a great deal of Russian influence in some parts of Kazakhstan (especially Almaty) because of the USSR presence. However, it is also said that there are really two parts of Kazakhstan... the Russian part (major cities of USSR era) and the Kazakh part. There are a lot of differences, particularly noticeable to the nationals. However, I haven't been to Russia so I am not totally sure how similar it is, I can only testify to the great Russian influence I noticed while I was there.

  • ohh, i see. so it's kind of like both.

  • Hi we are adopting from Kazakhstan and would like anyone else from Canada who is also in the process of adopting from Kazakhstan to message us

  • I adopted my daughter from Semey, KZ and so I really appreciated this beautiful video a great deal.

  • you sound like you are waiting for a new gadget...hope u have serious aspirations of becoming a parent

  • beautiful video. .. anybody know the song in the clip?

  • I would love to give a child like one of these a home some day... May God bless every one

  • I would love to adopt a child from Kazakhstan when I'm older...So many beautiful and loving people there, I've lived there for 4 years and I wish to go back someday. God bless you and all those children! They're all gifts from God! - Kay Kay

  • Hi!!! Where did you live??? Do you speak kazakh/russian???

  • Zach- we will join you in prayer that the Lord will raise up His people to open their hearts and take in the orphans. We also ask for the prayers of other believers as we pursue the desire the God has placed in OUR hearts to adopt a little boy from Kazakhstan. We are just waiting for the funds to do so.

  • When people ask me why God allows suffering in the world, I always reply that He doesn't.

    WE ALLOW IT.

So good to see a young person with a loving heart such as yourself.

  • This is a very beautiful video. We have three children adopted from Kazakhstan. They are complete blessings to us and our extended families. Once you have seen all these beautiful children you can't keep from thinking about them and even though you can't make a home for all of them, they do have a place in your heart and prayers forever.

  • What makes you think that these kids would like to be on youtube and veiwed by thousands of people? In my opinion, this was rude of you to do.

  • Wahaaa. Where did you live? Buddy. Wake up!!! KAZAKHSTAN...

  • INTEGER, what are you talking about? who are you talking to?

  • I assume integer08 is refering to you since you made a video about this he is assuming you live in Kazakhstan

  • I lived in Almaty, Kazakhstan. I moved there when I was 2 with my family, we're missionaries. I can speak very little Russian actually, but I want to learn more and go back someday. Have you been there before? ^.^

  • i am worrying

    just wondering

  • Great video! I am currently in the process of adopting from Kyrgyzstan. I sent your video to everyone I know! There are many people who do care about the orphans in this world!

  • I got to go with my dtr and son-in-law for the adoption of our 2 grandchildren Nov 2001. It was the trip of a lifetime for me and also for these precious 2 little ones we brought back. I wish we could bring them ALL home with us. The 2 that grew in our hearts, however, have been ambassadors for that baby house and many friends and acquaintances have gone there and adopted more from the same baby house in Aqtobe.

  • Thank you for posting this! We are currently working through the process of adopting from Kaz. Videos like this make a difference.

  • This was a beautiful video and I am glad you made and congratulations on the child/ren you were able to bring home forever.

  • I loved this video. We've adopted from KZ once and are going back again. I wish we could do more!

  • I'm really interested in this kind of stuff too... Have been since I was little. Planning on majoring in something in college that will allow me to do something like this

  • Please don't pay attention to the comment from aiska84. Do some research about Kaz. & their internat'l adoption policy. They try to find local families for them. Only as a last resort do they allow them to be adopted internat'ly. Adopting from Kaz. is VERY costly to Americans--$40K for all the fees on our side & theirs. Anyone willing to go through the process & cost of internat'l adoption obviously cares deeply about orphaned children, & is not looking for cheap children!

  • it's a shame no one pays attention because all they care about is borat.

  • im only 15, but when i get older im planning on adopting an orphan, give them the life the otherwise would never have had, or travel the world and make a difference by finding orphans parents

  • i live in khazastan

  • this is such a touching video. i actually went to almaty this summer with my church. it was such an amazing experience. i still have such a heart for the youth and orphans there. thanks so much for this video. it makes me miss the people i met there even more. God Bless =)

  • The Russians abandoned their children when Russia collapsed.

  • Zach, you reflect the very heart of God in this video. Thank you for doing such a noble and divine work. Our hearts and prayers will remember you. Thank you.

  • I share your dream.

  • Thanks so much for putting this up. I am so proud of you and I don't even know you =).

  • Cool video, I adopted two children from Kazakhstan. Check out their vid "Superstars" on my page. They are doing great, we live in Minnesota

  • i'd like to know how much you paid for those children???why didn't you get orphans from USA cause there is nobody to check you? or it is much cheaper to get from kazakhstan?i hate my goverment for selling our children, they surely will be punished for that by God, instead of creating homes and making better conditions for them goverment sells them!and you buy our children for so cheap!i pray God to help those children and hope you are really caring about them, not torturing them

  • Kaz. is one of the most expensive countries for Americans to adopt from. The reason my family chose to adopt from there is because of how well your government takes care of children who live in the baby-houses. Children need families; some Americans have opened up a place in their hearts for those children in Kaz. who don't have them. If someone is willing to spend so much time, effort, and money to adopt a child, rest assured that they honestly care about them.

  • awsome vid,one question though, arent most kazak people asain looking?(just curious if so then i assume those kids are more Russian/Ukrainian or somthing) i would love to go to kazakstan someday what is it like?

  • yeah i agree with u are they more Asian looking cuz i once took a pic with like 5 Kazak guys on a trip to Paris and i thought they were like Chinese or something and then they hold up a sign that said "Kazakhstan" i didn't even know that place existed haha ^^

  • Thank you, Zach, for sharing your video. We have adopted two beautiful children from Kazakhtan. What an amazing country!!

    Bountiful Blessings

    Michelle

  • I live in Pennsylvania. We as a couple are in the process of adoption a child or children from Kazakhstan. Hopefully by the end of 2007 we will be traveling to that country for a 3 week stay. Thank you for this video!
