  • I see you train at semi weightlifting club, ive been looking to get into weightlifting, do you know of any good clubs closer to downtown vancouver?

  • what height and weight are you?

  • @centhocklars01 6 feet and about 100kg

  • are you in the national team of bobsleigh or something?

For a bobsleigh athlete, you got impeccable weightlifting skills!

  • Great work!

  • that was great, man! i love your technique...

  • Nice to see some new vids again! Subscribed!

  • fuckin awsome!... i like to add the expletive to give my reaction more weight... pity i cant do the same on my cleans

  • screw it..a make is a make...altho now the goal should be to up the front squat considerably to watch the clean take off...

  • Really impressive

  • Great effort on the front squat part! Good lift!

  • Nice work Rob, great to see this!!!

  • Amazing.

  • Very well executed lift. Awesome work!

  • nice job! 4kg under your 1RM on the front squat that's great! That mean your clean and front squat are in the same level. I cant remember if that's good or the front squat should be higher than the clean... i heard that comment on a competition once, but anyway, good job!

  • @tlast2O12dude I think it doesn't matter how much more you can front squat but how fast you recover from the clean.

  • Great stuff Rob, congratulations on the PR!

  • Great to see you back on the case!

  • 400lbs awesome!
