I'm not sure why this video is all about Osama, etc. The song is about the Iranian revolution under the Ayatollah. It's not one-size fits-all. The late 70's/early 80's(when the song was written) was a different time - and the US had just been on the wrong end of a hostage crisis. I'm not sure why this video is all about Osama, etc. The song is about the Iranian revolution under the Ayatollah. It's not one-size fits-all. The late 70's/early 80's(when the song was written) was a different time - and the US had just been on the wrong end of a hostage crisis. Great track, dubious (if understandable) sentiment, ill-informed debate.

This largely sowed the seeds of hardcore militant Islamism. The establishment of Israel in 1948 also gave the Islamists a cause they could supposedly unite over, or an excuse, if you prefer. ya, but i just bought a Gibson Les Paul and may be moving more in that direction. never played a Parker Fly, ive heard they're good but hard to get a hold of.

I love BOC...more than you will ever know. I saw them in concert 1980 in Portland Me. And let me tell you...It was nothing short of a total spiritual experience(with a little help from Mother Nature.) But there is something fundamentally wrong with this video....you see, the Bush Administration is the embodiment of the devil.

it was made very shortly after 911 by fans i believe. i first saw the link to it on the BOC fan site less then a month after the towers fell.

SOME OF the younger generation!!! Luckly not every teenager listen to crap also known as rap, I am 16 years old and listen to only classic music from the 50's - 80's. I agree with you that not just most but almost all new music are crap.

Yeah, I only listen to classic rock, the crap they call music is just very crappy white noise. I'll take AC/DC, BÖC, Aerosmith, etc. over rap any day.
