Same thing here, If you hear on the news that a man died on the news you dont get sadd and emotional becasue you kno its part of life.. So you just go about your business, Im sure thats what happens to the captin.
What an act...Unless the cpt. saw this guy on a day to day basis (which isn't likely, but not impossible) this isn't on his mind emotionally. Just a loss he has to cut and recover from.
Pat Tillman was going to speak out about the troops addicted to drugs and the drug trade. He was killed. Jessica Lynch's rescue team that was going to speak out about the rescue being set up for a PR stunt. All three were killed. Bhutto said Bin Laden was killed years ago and buried. She was killed the same week. The black man that that survived the 9/11 attack and said he heard explosions and one pushed him up the stair case... he was murdered. JFK wanted an end to Vietnam, he was murdered.

The truth is they never COMPLETELY recover. Guilt. Sadness. Depression. Rage. Not too many soldiers come back stress-free.
