Most of the times, arsonists wouldn't dial 9-1-1 after arsoning someones home. That's why arsonists are really hard to catch. I'm pretty sure if someone died in that arsoned house, he'd have a longer sentence in prison. Maybe even LIFE! It's a good thing that the 9-1-1 dispatcher kept the arsonist on the line long enough for the police to catch him.
