You pointed out something that I felt but could not quite make out: instigation... . It's partly the same in my country (Italia, though I live in UK). But you know, western but mostly US society and law seem to have evolved in such a feminist direction that it's all about criminalizing the male and his nature even when still at the intention stage. We are sexual animals my dear, it's in our blood, it's the drive of our life and how life reproduce itself, we should celebrate it instead (apart cases of minors, violence and whatever outlaw). for everyone disagreeing the fact that people over 16 having intimate relationships with people underaged is illegal, you have to have kids before you are concerning about the age they date and / or do things with because, when you have kids, you wont let a 17-22 year old be with your kid, no matter gender, you know what they've learned, and what they havent learned, so please, dont teach underaged girls/boys that being with someone over 16, is legal, ok?
