Wat is dat beeping?

@MrPranoy that beeping is a morse code to identify if u have tuned into the correct station, normally after identifying we switch it off, but this person must have forgot to switch it off

@MrPranoy people generally dont know morse code, in this case when we hear the morse code, we know that the tuned station (ILS/VOR) is in working condition.

Its quite simple....this morse code is transmitted in dots and dashes, so we look into the approach chart and just verify if the dots and dashes match the actual beeping sound........i woud hav explained u in a better way with the help of a real approac chart, but this websie is down for some reason.....

For the ILS runway frequency, just press the switch button on the radio panel. I think you pressed the test button so you get that beeping.

ILS is Instrument Landing System. It when conditions call for it like a Cat III (category 3 approach) You program the autopilot practiclly lands the plane itself.

Its unreal VABB uses rwy 27 for takeoff and landing not rwy 9, I am staying in Mumbai and have never seen any aircraft land on rwy 9.

vabb uses runway 9 on sundays for cargo and extra commercial aircraft as sunday is very busy.((often aircraft have to turnaround)

too low ? he landed way past the piano keys. He missed the touch down zone by a mile. lol. And the IFR guidance sound is annoying to, he probably didn't need it as there was no cross wind.

hey u play online... and can u teach me how to do ils im not very sure, i got the vor and tuned to right frequencey on nav1 then i set autpoilot to nav 1 and the plane took me away from vor untill i lost the connection to it.

How high did you turn off the AP? It seems to me that was about 100 ft??? Not too low????
