I'm not sure you can be racist against Muslims as they are not a 'race'. It would seem to me that its more discrimination against Asians - you don't have to be Asian to be a Muslim now do you :). I find it a bit odd the idea of an alliance between Trotskists and Muslims - there seems to be a fundamental unreconcilable difference in ideology i.e. religion.
