that's a lie. Hillary only has the popular vote if you include all her votes an Michigan and give Obama NONE. Even though most uncommitted voters were Obama supporters according to exit polls and there were well over 32,000 write ins for Obama, Hillary still gives him 0 votes. Also, Obama won many caucus states which don't completely count all their votes. This contest is not about popular vote since not all votes are counted. It's about the delegates. Obama still had the popular vote anyways...

there really wasn't much unfairness in the campaign. there were some biases (not just for Obama) and there was some sexism. There was also some racism too (remember a quarter of voters for Hillary in WV said they voted for race?). and Carter was better than Bush. he wasn't good, but he was better than Bush. and Wright isn't racist. there were even some whites in his congregation and he has white friends. he makes controversial comments that could be interpreted as racist, but he's not racist.

The next court date isn't known exactly. It seems to keep changing....

but it must happen before the end of 2008. Unfortunately, that means it could take place after the November elections. But I am pretty confident that Obama will get the nomination.
