Hey guys im a teen who really wants to change the world. So I made a peace project which you can participate in. I would really appreciate it if you did :)!
All you need to do is make a video of yourself saying "I believe in peace" and saying where ur from. Then send it to me: ibelieveproject@hotmail.com then ill make a montage of it with 100's of other people from lots of diffrent countries"
-message from "Ibelieveproject" . hope you guys help with this brilliant idea. thanks!
The Rwandan people were divided by the German and the Belgian people into the two tribes. This was done to protect the interests of the Europeans in relation to the possible goods and marketing that Rwanda could offer. This genocide is another effect of capitalism, historical or not. Frankly, these little effects seem to definitely be piling up.
Starting to look to me like capitalism's not a very good system.
@ sktpsy on religion agree. Money is not the root of all evil. Money represents the value of real assets real assets =resources +materials. Then materialism is the root of all evil. Wait doesn't the earth provide us with those? earth=evil? barter systems?are you stupid? The reason we have money is because a barter system DOES NOT work. period. there is no way we can exchange the amount of resources we need using barter, the only thing it's good for is exchanging pot at the trading circle.
Pauvre Afrique !
I love Rwanda. They deserve as much help as possible. My School is partners with one of the colleges. They are always so happy no matter how much poverty they are in. Bless them all.
Lets not call ourselves Africans, American, Asians, Europeans, Australians, Newzealanders, Canadians and Pacific/Atlantic/Indian Ocean Islanders BUT call ourselves just Citizens of the Earth. Lets find our identities through spirituality but not with greeds and guns.
@SKTPSY unfortunately in the greed ridden world we live in this will never happen, but there is nothing stop the few of us making an importan imprint in these world
Money and Religion is cause of all evil in this world. We don't need money but just barter systems and we do not need Religion but we just need spirituality in this world.
Good day to all of my fellow Christians, firstly my apology for being out of topic. I came here to remind you people that the judgment day has been starting already. I urge you my fellow Christians to depart from all form of unchristian conduct lest you be found not worthy to inter the kingdom of God in the Day of Execution. Please do not misinterpret my activity as spam; I did not do it for that purpose.
clinton was a giant ashole,he knew very well what was going on there! he was even worse then bush! he bombed everything he could (atleast if there was oil) america should be ashamed of itself past 15 years!
The kids sing in het kinyarwanda :"the sun will come back".Yes it will.We will build back and reconcile.
Hutus and tutsis we will come together for the best oof the future of children.
A lot of people are to blame for what happened ,white and black ,tutsis and hutus, alike but my point is that justice should be done such that this things will never happen again.
As a rwandan ,i always struggle to find words to explain to non-rwandans how it went so far.
DOSH u need to do more reading sir/mama b4 u spue crap out ur mouth read about how AFRICA WAS RAPED PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY AN D U WILL GET THE ANSWERES!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I've been to Malaysia & Singapore, you'll amazed how people of different colors, religions and race live in peace. Mosques, churches, temples exist side by side in the same town. Can't fathom why blacks hate blacks.
It isn't the Belgians fault. Stop pinning the blame on white people all the time. Africa is responsible for what Africa does. And not only that the rebels in the Congo over threw the democratic colonies that Belgium had established, which crippled their country and threw it out of prosperous times.
I agree with u. When whites colonized a country, they ' divide & rule'. However, look at the previous white colonies like Malaysia and Singapore - multi-racial, multi-religious, multi-lingual, but they PROSPERED, co-exist in PEACE & HARMONY. What about Hong Kong? It prospered under British rule.
Yeah, not all European colonies went bad when they pulled out, but you know a lot did. Rwanda is hardly is hardly alone, (take what happened in India for example). Obviously not everything is the colonists fault, but they took control of these countries without a great deal of concern for the native occupants. So when the new government that they slapped together when they decided it was no longer worth it to try and stay in the country, collapses, they have a responsibility to do something.
dont say stupid things like that. the white people took slaves, then divided african countries- some countries had two enemy tribes, or some countries had tons of resouces while some had none. how is africa responsible if they only got their independance in the 1960s? just dont say stupid things if you dont know what you're talking about
Past white colonies like Malaysia & Singapore - multi- racial, multi-relgious, multi-lingual have prospered and they co-exist and live peace and harmony. so,don't blame the whites. I am not white & not Christian.
If you want to do anything then inform yourselfe! Not just now. Inform yourselfe every day. being aware of what is going on in this world is allways the first and essential stepp if you want to make a change. This video is good, but contains little information. Check out other documentaries and read read read. Try to find out whats going on in the world a.t.m. beside of Olympia and Irak. For example in Afrika, or Middle/South America. Thats the first thing everyone can do.

Even in Nepal Monastery, mosque and temple exist side by side. People just pop into to any worship place they like. No problem.
