  • All I can say is the next time you have writers block you are more than welcome to come down here and use my kitchen! Ok, now I'm hungry... =) Great video!

  • @ILPrepper LOL! Ha, road trip! Hey, what ever happened to the zuccini bread video you were going to make? I got all hungry watching you prepare the zuccini!

  • @chicagocindybuddie Haha, I've been very busy getting other things knocked out. It's coming, someday! Promise! Seems like Youtube is great at making us both hungry - no good can come from this! =)

  • That looks so good...it is brain food too. You are making a cure for writers block. Enjoyable video too. Thanks for the ideas.

  • @lakemarygardens Thanks. I had no idea how the soup would turn out, but it ended up being one of the best soups I've made in a while. Sometimes, you just need to be spontaneous in the kitchen. Thanks for watching!

  • wow that soup looks awesome. great job.. I hope your writers block is gone..good luck

  • @SteveHarpster Thanks and thanks for watching. The writer's block is gone and the soup was delicious. I'm glad I made a video of that because I never would have remembered that recipe!

  • @TheGardenTech Thanks. My problem is that I put too much pressure on myself to write a "perfect" paper. Sometimes walking away from the computer, books, scholarly journals, and articles seems to help. I really enjoy writing and researching, In the back of my mind, I'm always trying to strive for that "A" paper! Once I let go and just allow myself to write, without worrying about it, I'm good to go! English was always my favorite subject in school! Thanks for watching and commenting! :)

  • thx for the soup idea and good luck with your writers block|!!

  • @daretohaveorangehair Thank you and thanks for watching :)

  • @Ziva4Freedom Adding cabbage to this soup does sound like a good idea. Thanks for the tip.

  • When I was taking my classes in "charm school" I would always wait until the last minute to turn anything in and then beg someone else to do it for me. It turned out fine for me.

  • @Yankeeprepper Was that "Rock of Love VH1 Charm Schoool?" LOL

  • @chicagocindybuddie I can proudly say that I actually had to do a "search" to know what the heck that was! LOL! S

  • @Yankeeprepper Ya! That's why I don't watch tv and that's exactly why I cook and go to school. That stupid show was all that I used to hear people talk about. Very similar in popularity to "dancing w the stars" or "american idol". I just don't get it either......suddenly, this paper is getting much easier to write! You're right, you did turn out fine.......... :)

  • YUM! I liked your idea about putting some in the blender! I'll have to try that!

You're so right... I love to make soup like this. The ingredients are so flexible!

I wish it wasn't perpetually 106 degrees here lately...so I could make some! lol

  • @gardenvespers777 OMG 106? Yikes, NO SOUP FOR YOU! You'll have to wait until the weather cools off a bit!

  • Looks great to me Cindy, now I'm hungry too.

  • @minbound Thanks. I must say, this soup turned out MMMmmmmm good! Now I need to go and make some of your whole wheat honey bread for a snack. :)

  • Looks delicious!

  • @ristin59 Thanks, and not a bad way to get all those veggies in at the same time!

  • can't beat soup with fresh garden veggies, looks yummy!

  • @greatwf I tell you, this is the BEST way to get all of those different color veggies into your diet, all in one small bowl. I can't wait to have some for lunch today.
