If u used redsnow to jailbreak it and u clicked cydia goto redsnow again but only click cydia u dnt have to restore just hit cydia and u can keep icy just dnt click cydia

you have to go into safe mode, open a command line, type regedit.exe

then goto HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, and delete everything in there.

it'll boot up just fine.
