really i miss vada pav so much here in singapore. hope soon i visit my place ahmedabad and have that vada pavs. i use to enjoy them when i was in college near vijay char rasta . miss u

OMG... this is the thing i miss most here in Aus... i just love ahmedabad...u can go out and have vadapav, dabeli, pani puri, bhajiya, dal-wada, bhaji-pav, sandwich, chanachor garam and so on...list is endless... but ye, i want this vada-pav DOUBLE-TEJ...lol...

wow, looks really tasty! but (silly question) what is the red thing they add in? and what are in those pastry looking things that they put on at the end? excuse my ignorance :)

Red thing is made by red chili powder and garlic, its kind of paste, it spicy! And last they put things made by poteto stuff inside, they serve this dish with tamato catchup!
