When i signed my paperwork, I wrote all over it on the bottom with arrows pointing to my signature,saying stuff like "I am NOT siginngi this in agreement,and I know I did nothing wrong and the statements on this paper is FALSE"etc... I did it because I couldn't afford to fight them if I refused to sign anything .Luckely I got my kids back ,but my life is ruined in a sense because they even have cps background checks on childcare pple . it was my dream to one day have a daycare.
Umm. Thus the reason why we have DCF. You are ready to shoot someone. Guess who keeps your children while you are in jail for manslaughter or premeditated 1st degree murder. I was a nice worker, but I tell you one thing if I thought I would lose my job=sorry your kid is coming with me and I will let the judge figure it out. I am out now and the system sucks. But parents suck. Been to a school lately. So if u r a good parent stay good. but u will suffer with the bad ones. Sorry.
My cousin is having a difficult time in keeping her kids. Good thing, when the kid were taken from her, we had a good lawyer that got them into family custody, both girls went to grandmothers homes. 18 months later, my cousin has passed all of the tests and requirements, and her case worker is being a major bitch. Keeps lieing to the judge, we know she makes anonymous calls to the cops stating she's see my cousin hit her kids, which is totally false.
People make list of names and when it breaks down the whole system will be delt with.These people will be held to their work.I for one will not care.Please Mr I only did my JOB.I will look them in the eye and pronoce jugment..Guilty...Evil people working for an evil system..So people I am coming and there will be no mercy
Amazing. The more I learn about the "Justice" system in America, the more disgusted I become. DCF appears to be a leader in corruption and gross stupidity.

This would happen in any state. If you were physically fighting your wife the impact to your children is so great you would not believe. I trust that through your anger you have learned that what occured is not ok. Unfortunately, you had to learn the annoying way.

In Stuart Fl. the supervisor's name is Billy Kent, what a ASS HOLE. He backed his worker Lindsay Flammer and said she did her job.....
She lied , And that's was ok.
I talked to Roberert Mcpartlan his supervisor He said he would look in to it.
WE have laws, and no one is above it.
If this is how they play, we need to get our guns and protect our kids from DCF.

DCF need to have their children taking away!
See how it feels, they are the one that hurt familys.
DCF workers don't have children for this reason.
They will lie and say what ever it takes to take your kids...
