I do this with Fried Fish and they do not stick together. You can take out one piece of fish, pop it in a 450 oven for just a few minutes and you have a fresh tasting piece of fish. I do not like the clean up after preparing and frying so I fry enough to last for a while.

If you use organic strawberry's leave the greens on as they contain chlorophyll and most of the nutrients.

Awesome. Here in Oregon, where we have the best strawberries (but some of the most delicate) they just came in season, so I must freeze some to preserve the awesomeness!
