The LottoBlackBook is complete scam and BS. It is not worth to spend money or time on it.I have bought it two month ago, I followed all Instructions in it and have not won a penny.
I even created program to test his logic for pick 3 and cash 5. I have back tested it for last couple of years and the result showed that you would spend more money than you win.
I can't get my money back from him.
