Well good luck to you. I'm Azura 9/8/10 just to see if P&O have seen their errors and if the people onboard are better. I like Ventura as a ship but as a cruise experience it isn't so good.
For people who live on a planet called "earth" please avoid this ship and stick to Oriana, Aurora and the classic, elegant, properly built, nice, friendly and good P&O cruise liners. If you like Ventura, good for you, I don't mean to offend you, but for people like me who have been cruising for a few years and have never gone to butlins, then we don't have the same opinion as some of you. I LOVE ORIANA AND AURORA!!!
look can i say something... now i warn you this could go on a while! I have been on Ventura and I wish never to go on her again. Firstly, some (most) of the clientel onboard are rowdy, drunk, noisy, disruptive people that like to have a good time at the cost of others. These people leave drink glasses everywhere, shout their heads off at 3am, throw objects onto my (and other people's) balconys, have no idea ho to dress and are the most rude nasty people i have met aboard a cruise liner.

wow this is alot bigger than the pacific sun, (owned and operated byw P&O too) but only cruises in australia and new zealand, to the pacific, but wowo thats 290metres the pacific sun is only 230metres, woooooooow and this is almost 3 times as heavy, the sun got into a accident a few days ago wif the boat almost capsizing, and heaps of ppl were hurt!
Fantastic... although I wouldn't say they were "secrets of P&O".
