on at least two sides of the issue he is addressing.

The American dictionary includes the British spelling, which, once again, goes to my point that you either misspelled the word or are not a native speaker of American English. Is it an affectation, or did you learn English in Great Britain (or Australia, Ireland etc.)?

Wesley Clark is was a shit general and even worse politician.

He thinks degrading and reducing the US military is a good thing and he wants to go back to the EU and UN cap in hand like those two groups know what the fuck they're doing.

Obama said he wants to slow future developed of weapons and cut funding to the missile shield.

Between these two our enemies won't have to worry about our defenses cuz we won't have any.

The statement in itself is correct.

This was a softball.

McCain could have really made himself look good by saying "Clark is right, but the experience I gained by serving my country... blah, blah, blah..."

It was an opportunity to solidify his credentials.

Instead we get "I can't believe he attacked me like that!"

He hasn't given one reason why this qualifies him.

If he blows his own horn, the Obamata will shriek. McCain was given an opportunity to leave the Hanoi Hilton but knew that to do so would have been, for several reasons, dishonorable. In retaliation for refusing their propaganda effort, the VC tortured him severely and he remained in captivity for 5+ years. That took courage, character, grit and endurance and no credible person has challenged this fact. Granted, it's not community activism, but it's something.

In his "patriotism" speech Obama said "no further proof of such sacrifice is necessary". Remember Hillary was "likable enough". It must be since HE says so. Now to all the Obamabots: if you ever think of doing anything (and I mean anything), what self-sacrificing deeds are necessary (if you aren't willing you need to watch others who do), if your appearance is OK you need to run it by HIM first.
