    ofcourse if your legs are flexible it well improve your kicking.

    u should also do stretches for inner thigh muscles to kick higher(eg. splits).

  • do you do anything else besides the isometrics? you seem like your in pretty good shape with a good physique. I know that isometric traning is for functional strength however can it also make you "look good". did you get your physique though isometrics only?

  • The video is of Paul Zaichik. You can see many of his techniques and training methods at ElasticSteel.

    As far as I know he employs many body weight training techniques.
