Tibet was never recognised by any foreign nation during its de-facto government days, it paid taxes to the Ming, Qing dynasties. All recorded, maps of map originating from around the world, clearly show Tibet as part of the Yuan, Ming, Qing dynasties, never at any point in history a separate state. Tibet is part of China recongised internationally, so all this BS about independence should stop, the west see the issues / region through a tiny window.
In the end justifications are arbitrary; it is what is recognized by the majority of nations. Just as North and South America, Australia and New Zealand are all occupied lands but the international community currently recognises the sovereignty of the respective nations on those lands. Dare I mention UK. Anyway, humans can go on debating ad nauseum but it is all arbitrary. They who can push case well enough may be rewarded with nationhood.
the video has two very confusing terms togethet. first is prc which is estalished in 1949 and it claims tibet as its territories since that year. the answer to his q is very complicated because the territroeis of china are different per dinasty. which means every new group of leaders has the right to change their territory as they wish. no anwer to a very complicated q
Are u stupid? Tebit been in China has 1.000 years history, history don't start at 1949, China has many dynasty, Changing to communist doesn't mean Changing country, U uneducated dummy !!
GO TO TEBIT TODAY TO SEE YOURSELF !!! Now a modern society !
@fdoca Are Chinese Communist party propaganda Agent?? Your Communist Party first of all destroyed all traces of history --including the Shoalin Temple Library-- Read the Blood-soaked history of your party. Then your Mao facilitated the great famine. Also read about all those millions of "innocent" Tibetan monks who were murdered cold blooded by your Army!! WORST ABUSERS OF HUMAN RIGHTS TALKING ABOUT MODERN SOCIETY!!!!!!!!! Shameful
@rajput330 Culture revolution is only a small part of historical experiment that prove dosn't work, it does not represanting anything, Chinese mericle growth is a world phenomenoum, a raw model,
your bird eye view just foolish, millions of "innocent" Tibetan monks ? few separatist monks went to jail where they belong, u fool, the whole country doesn't have so many monks, u lier,
THE TIME FOR TIBETANT INDEPENDENCE HAD WAY PASSED ITS PRIME. THE BEST TIME PERIOD FOR A REGION TO FREE ITSELF FROM CENTRAL GOVERNMENT IS USUALLY WHEN THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT IS AT ITS WEAKEST PERIOD. THE BEST TIME PERIOD IS PROBABLY THE CHINESE REVOLUTION BECAUSE IT THREW CHINA INTO COMPLETE CHAOS OR THE KOREAN WAR BECAUSE IT WAS OCCUPIED WITH USA. IF TIBET COULD DO IT DURING CHINAS WEAKEST PERIODS, YOU MIGHT AS FORGET IT DURING THE TIME WHEN IT IS AT ITS STRONGEST. LITTLE REALISM IN HERE
Liu Xiaobo is the first Chinese to ever win the most coveted prize for peace.
Liu has been detained, put under house arrest and imprisoned many times for his writing and activism. In December, Liu was convicted of "inciting subversion of state power" and sentenced to 11 years in prison for his role in drafting Charter 08, a public appeal for sweeping political reform, and for articles that he had published online.
You guys are just jealousy of Chinese has 5000 years continous history and huge landmass like no others, Sorry but China will rise to the top of the world again in 10 years... Your little sad America with no history has to deal with it. We Chinese has been around and ruled the world for like 5000 years, how long has your little sad America been around? hmmm
Unfortunately, the time for Tibet to reclaim her freedom has passed. The Maoist gov't of Beijing has displaced the native Tibetans. The majority in Tibet now is ethnic Chinese. The native Tibetans have been squeezed into small regional onclaves. They have become strangers in their own land. It is sad. The world as enamored of the myth of herioc Mao when a Free Tibet Movement could hav made a difference. After the '60s, the tide had shifted. The Tibetans can only claim a few onclaves now.
Different ethnic groups fought for ownership of China throughout history. They all contributed to the Chinese civilization. Most dynasties were han, but nomadic tribes set up Yuan and Qing dynasty. It's all part of Chinese history.
and I assume you are Indian? calling for the splintering of other nations is itself ILLEGAL.
you fail to mention the Yuan and Ming Dynasties, and the fact that the initial invasion was MONGOL. you fail to mention the illegal British invasion. you fail to mention the lack of international recognition for the 1912-1950 Tibet.
during qing dynasty many countries were ruled by the manchus, including china and tibet. the qing empire ended in 1911. half of manchuria is in russia and half is in china. if you ask manchurians in russia whether they are chinese, theyll tell you theyre not.so the qing dynasty was not even chinese. tibet has as much right to claiming china, as china has to claiming tibet = none. neither ruled the other. end of story.
@ram203v Qing dynasty was not chinese dynasty but after few hundred years of ruling china, every manchu became acustomed to chinese langauge and culture and nowadays they all speak chinese
Chinese won't get it until they are slaughtered into pieces like the Japanese did....the day will come soon and I'm ready ...Hans don't deserve to live..they should be all eliminated from this planet..ugly bastards
@mathpianist93 U don't know me lol ..still u challenge me lol...anyway I'm not goin to take it serious...u seem to be a stupid lonely chink burning at my comments haha.
Those street cameras are to capture crime scenes dump fuck....
What do u think a miserable chink call me to china and I go there???I'll be there whenever I like ..there's nothing u chinks can do lol .u come here if u can get out of that prison..lol and ohh surgery your face too
@nimaxify: then don't talk about "executing". you are the real inflammatory one. don't joke with peoples' lives, idiot. in light of your offensive jokes, I was just daring you to come and slaughter as many people as you could.
"surgery your face": what is this? Japlish? I think the Koreans would be a better target
It's all about the resouces, land, space, gold, silver, uranium, WATER, etc. Tibet has a complicated history as do many countries but technically it has never ever been a part of China. Many kingdoms, tribes, etc. so the only important fact is that when the Chinese invaded Tibet was independent. Many US resolutions have defined Tibet as an occupied country. Now that the US has been suckling at the financial utter of China it has compromised its position and Tibetans pay the price, as usual.
@mathpianist93 Not necessarily. I support peaceful non-bloody exit of Chinese from all Tibetan territories including those lands incoporated into Chinese provinces in the 1950's. The I support a democractically elected government, a sustainable immgration policy and essentailly a balanced approach to modernization unlike the Chinese approach that spits on Tibetan culture and seeks to destroy our language, script, traditions, etc, etc, etc.
@iamlumin: not in ten thousand generations will any Chinese settle for independence of nearly a fourth of the nation's territory. continue to dream on.
"language, script": I think the CCP would start banning Tibetan language instruction in schools and discourage locals from speaking it if this were true. I think no signs in greater Tibet would be written in Tibetan script. utter bogus. not only do the facts seem to dodge you, but you seem to be a hardliner.
@mathpianist93 So then the issue will continue on and genuine peace will never happen for the uninvited invaders. It's very difficult to get a good job in most parts of Tibet if you only speak Tibetan so the focus is no longer on learning Tibetan language. I'm not a hard liner. Our most sacred city has been turned into a cesspool. Nearly 1,000 brothels in Lhasa, tacky amusement park rides, stupid bars and cheap shops, most owned and operated by Han Chinese.
@mathpianist93 The Chinese must also live with the lies they've bought into. We were a free country, not perfect but free. Trust me I was there. My family was there. I've have lost family due to the invasion and occupation. I have had friends shot, tortured. I've had friends who died trying to escape across the pass. Let's not even get into the rape of our national treasures, hundreds of thousands of tons of gold and silver taken to Beijing to be melted down, prior to the cultural revolution.
@iamlumin: free does not mean politically sovereign. any notion of full independence to me is hard-line.
just because the focus may have shifted does not mean that it is becoming less vital. I personally think it is the CCP's responsibility to instruct Mandarin better, and believe it should be the other way around: within Tibet, must speak Tibetan, but in order to interact with other provinces, must have Mandarin. makes sense? this is why all Tibetans should respect Hu Yaobang.
@mathpianist93 It's different to want to do something as the result of free choice. Tibetans are having Chinese language, food, ways, etc, forced upon them due to invasion and occupation. Understand that prior to invasion very few permanent Chinese residents in Tibet. Tibetans are uniquely adapted to the high altitude and Han-Chinese are not. It is the Chinese who should adapt and learn to speak Tibetan. If I moved to Italy would I expect Italians to abandone their own language?
iamlumin: please do not suggest that any of these customs are being forced. the rest of China has great respect for the Tibetan people; they do not individually force... the greater interaction between the rest of the mainland with Tibet would naturally, eventually, introduce culture from those newcomers into Tibet. Tibetan culture, just like the rest of mainland culture, is not purely Tibetan. (note that I didn't say it is fake)
@mathpianist93 I'm not suggesting. My statements are based on personal experience and observation. Can you say the same? Again, it's different if we invited people in as opposed to being invaded and occupied. By the way I've had Han people actually spite on me in public so don't tell me about what individuals do. We are "forced" to do what we have to do and keep our mouith shut, say that Tibet has always been part of China, hide our Tibetan flags or go to jail and endure who knows what.
@iamlumin: yes you are. you specifically stated these "forced" customs. as such, I have validity to accuse you of being a liar. I was implying that you cannot tell what ALL individuals do. stop making conclusions from just one person. they may even know of your actions to split the motherland and aid foreign imperialists. despite this, I would not mind if the each of the autonomous regions had their own "regional flag".
still I find your speaking for other Tibetans to be deeply disturbing.
@mathpianist93 China is not and never was our Motherland. Our sacred land is Tibet & I am Tibetan and that is that. Trust me, the vast majority of Tibetans want our country back, want freedom from the oppressive Chinese that currently occupy our beloved homeland. You can't speak for all Chinese either. Chinese officials talk about how various actions have offended the Chinese people. Well you know what? Screw them! Invading, occupying, murdering, raping my people & land is more than offensive.
@iamlumin: you still speak as if you are 4 million Tibetans or your opinion is that heavy. My view is that those non-Tibetan Chinese who wish Tibet to split off are NOT true Chinese. and quit trying to compare this case to Natives. why are still so many of you in Tibet? bc there is no intention to push you AWAY
and I never asked you whether you are one of those Tibetans who last resided in the region more than 10 years ago
you never addressed the "regional flag" you only list your grievances
@mathpianist93 I have some bad news for you. The vast majority of Tibetans and I do mean the vast majority of Tibetans do not and have never considered themselves Chinese. We don't want a regional flag we want our country back. Is that addressed enough? Nearly one million Tibetans have died as a direct result of the invasion and occupation. There are many of us in Tibet because itt's our sacred homeland. Why were there barely any Chinese in Tibet prior to 1949? Because it's not China! Never was.
@iamlumin: UTTER HOGWASH. you are one of those overly emotional Tibetans who DARE to claim that 1.2 million Tibetans have perished since 1950. many scholars could attest to how laughable that claim. continued spread of this and other LIES is a reason why your movement has lost traction since 2008. why pretty much no other Chinese before 1950? most certainly the rest of China could care less about the region, and imagine the exacting travel! now tell me boy, when did you last reside in Tibet?
@mathpianist93 So what's a good number to be murdered, imprisoned, tortured, etc? Well, they suddenly care a hell a lot about it now don't they? I still have family in Tibet and it was not long ago that I personally was in Tibet. That's all I can say. I do not what to put my family at risk. Most Chinese knew nothing about Tibet. There were no so-called Chinese Tibetologist. Every wonder why? Because Tibet has never been part of China. My cousin recently sent to prison for 8 years.
@iamlumin: "...good number..." pathetic response. the difficult access to Tibet in older days is true, regardless of how much a Chinese government cared for Tibet.
there are many Chinese Tibetologists, mind you. Ever since the Yuan Dynasty, TIBET WAS ALWAYS, IS, AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE A PART OF CHINA.
explain why your cousin was sent to prison. for murder? (JK)
@mathpianist93 Pathetic because it doesn't agree with your indoctrinated perspective. Since the Yuan Dynasty. You've been brainwashed well. Tibet was never ever a part of China. It's an illegal & immoral occupation. I can't talk much about my cousin without putting other family at risk. He possessed Tibetan flags, & spoke out for freedom. Murder? I've had 4 members of my family murdered over the last 40 years. Father died in labor camp. Mother tortured in prison, died shortly after release.
@iamlumin: no, pathetic because many Western Tibetologists utterly deride the 1.2 million figure. I recognise the figure is at least 100000. if you know what JK means, you should have known that I was joking. homicide carries a death sentence in the mainland. if they possessed Tibetan flags, then of course they would be imprisoned. there's nothing either of us can do about it. Tibet has always POLITICALLY been part of China. the 1912-1950 was not recognised at all.
@mathpianist93 There are few people walking around as what you call Western Tibetologist. This was started by Chinese to try to legitimize themselves. Like a Chinese knows more about Tibet than a Tibetan. Please! Again, Tibet has never been a part of China. Tibet even conquered ancient capital of China. We weren't talking about if could do anything about it or not, however look around the world if people gave up on things in other areas we'd be living in quite a different world today.
@mathpianist93 No one cares what figure "you" recognize. So, 100,000 is good to you? Then you obviously have a mental illness. Few so-called Tibetologist know anything about Tibet. Most never lived in Tibet, have no family in Tibet. Chinese seem to have the delusional idea that they know more about Tibet thanTibetans & how Tibetans should live, how they should act, how they should work, how they should practice religion, etc. Chinese don't & have never understood the depth of Tibetan culture.
@iamlumin: also the situation is likely to improve in 2012, with Xi Jinping becoming PRC President. Unlike Hu, he has almost no record of suppressing protests and has always served in the East of the country. Even Western-controlled Wikipedia says that he is "known for his liberal policies...frank openness about political...reforms"
as I have said, I recognise Tibetan issues as part of the greater human rights concerns in China. 你的理想特极端,但你不承认。完全是混帐
@mathpianist93 Well, who knows? You really don't know what's going to happen in five minutes never mind in 2012. We Tibetans must live with the way it appears to be today and not focus on what might be. Again, you must understand we are not Chinese.
@iamlumin: you are the evil and arrogant one, trying to construe my mind about the figure. your haughtiness leads you to believe that others think they are more knowledgeable, when of course you cannot speak for them.
the other Chinese may not understand now, but they may eventually. you cannot claim such a strong possibility.
to my face and that of other anti-separatists: NO independence, NO whining about 1.2 million deaths since 1950. it's that simple
@mathpianist93 Sorry, facts are facts, there have been hundreds of thousands of deaths, thousands of monasteries destroyed, Tibetans tortured, murdered, falsely imprisoned, intentional lies and propaganda, etc. Prior to the cultural revolution thousands of tons of gold and silver statues taken to Beijing and melted down. Billions (US) taken in gold, silver, lumber, uranium, copper, etc. Water ways diverted and wildlife wiped out.
@mathpianist93 I watched bored Chinese soldiers shooting endangered swans just for fun. I've seen Han people spit on Tibetans walking with their children. You can say I cannot speak for them but you cannot speak against them then but I'll bet you one thing, most Tibetans would side with me in the long run.
@mathpianist93 The Chinese have raped, exploited, renamed streets in Chinese, built false monuments, rewritten books, tried to take credit for dynasties that were not even Chinese, make us changed lyrics in ancient songs, ruined our monasteries, forced wise ones into exile or killed and/or tortured them.
@mathpianist93 I know it's hard to accept when you have a vested interest in being right. If you see my side of things then you'd feel nothing but shame. My best friend's 8 year old son was shot in the back in the 1980's. We can forgive but we will never forget. No amount of roads, tacky amusement parks, bars, brothels, etc will change the truth. Tibetans are quiet right now. Be patient. There are cameras and spies everywhere in Tibet. There are freaking' police stations in monasteries.
@iamlumin: any gov't that ruled over all mainland is Chinese. the CCP has not renamed streets in TAR to a large extent, but have renamed places in Qinghai, Sichuan, Yunnan, Gansu that were once Tibetan but are not Tibetan autonomous regions. I wonder why. and don't try to speak for me either. complaints about history are not going to make things progress. you watched, but many years ago. fact is fact that there is great respect for Tibetan culture amongst other Chinese
@mathpianist93 Respect! Are you joking? Like I said I've seen people make fun of us. I've experienced it. They make fun of our traditions, our religious practice. They look down on us. I even have photographs of Han-Chinese giving dirty looks to Tibetan Mother's with their children. They have turned our most sacred city into a cesspool. Lhasa has nearly 1,000 brothels. You have no understanding how offensive this is to the average Tibetan. They looted our monasteries and our national treasures.
@iamlumin: "looted" --- during GPCR, many ethnic Tibetans were part of the Red Guard, too, and of course the looting of monuments was prevalent throughout the mainland.
"respect": you clearly have not visited other parts of China and/or have very few non-Tibetan Chinese friends due to your separatist activites.
@mathpianist93 Well, my parents and other releatives lived through it. Some didn't make it. One had little choice but to cooperate & go along with what was happening. It doesn't change the fact that the whole thing was initiated by the Chinese side. It was MAO's idea. we never had one famine until MAO's invasion and occupation. Then massive famines in Tibet. MAO caused the deaths of millions of Tibetans and Chinese and Chinese are so stupid and brainwashed they still revere him like a god today.
@iamlumin: just as it was MAO's idea, it was essentially MAO's idea only. you should realise that if moderates such as Zhou Enlai were paramount leader, the situation would be radically different. I think we needed Mao for the unification and initial reforms, and after that, he should have had much less power.
@mathpianist93 Yes, ti was MAO's idea yet many, many, Chinese followed suit without question & continue to do so.You continue to repeat the party line. Note: one cannot separate that which was never rightully joined. Tibet is held only by force. This is why the Chinese authorities are so paranoid about it. They know they're on thin ground. They know that Tibet is not really theirs. They need the resources, space, water. Many Chinese who have left China have come to see the truth.
@iamlumin: did you not read my last sentence? the CCP authorities are paranoid because the WORLD IS OUT TO GET THE NATION: this cult of a movement has substantial foreign support. international law regarding sovereignty is on OUR side!
@mathpianist93 Thank you for demonstrating my point perfectly. International law is really not on your side. The weakness and sucking up to the financial utter of the Chinese is the only thing keeping the status quo in place. According the laws and definitions put forth in the United Nations Tibet should be a free nation with all rights to self-determination. Politicians are weak and play the game necessary to keep them in power. The US has on many occasions declared Tibet an occupied country.
@iamlumin: I'll tell you what. I believe the CCP has lied about the autonomy aspect of the five ARs of the PRC, and this is strongly evidenced that Shanghai actually has more autonomy. you are confusing sovereignty with self-determination. for the latter, my opinion is this: make TAR, XUAR, NHAR, IMAR, and GZAR have autonomy not to SAR level, but close enough.
but since the Yuan Dynasty, Tibet has never been legally fully sovereign!
@mathpianist93 International law does not require recognition by another nation state. Tibet wasn't very interested in the outside world. During the Yuan dynasty (1271-1368), the Mongol leader, Genghis Khan, conquered most of Eurasia including China. Tibet broke away from Mongol influence years before the Chinese did.
@mathpianist93 You've been indoctrinated with a lot of misinformation. The Ming Dynasty never ruled Tibet and in fact, the Qing Emperor accepted the 5th Dalai Lama as leader of an independent state and note, the emperor also treated the DL as divinity on earth. During this period of history, Tibet was known in Chinese as Wu-si Zang or Wu-si Guo (guo means country. You must seek more unbiased sources.
@iamlumin: sovereignty does NOT mean rule. you clearly do not understand. no Chinese government actively RULED over Tibet until 1950, so Tibet was always DE FACTO independent before then, but not always sovereign.
and independence means autonomy of rule. independence and sovereignty are NOT equivalent!
@mathpianist93 Evidently you do not read very well. I never said soverenignty means rule and I never said independence and sovereignty are equivalent. I don't see where Tibet has ever in history been a part of Cihna. That is my only claim. Even today saying Tibet is a part of China because the China hold it by force does not make it so. Surely a distinct people have a right to self-determination and thus the Chinese are trying to eliminate Tibetans as a disttinct group of people.
@mathpianist93 CCP has NOT SOVERIGNTY over anything, CCP is an illigitimate governmetn which took power by killing MILLIONS of people and all that by force
CCP is not even legitimate to start with so their claim on soverignty over Tibet is TOTALLY BULLSHIT
@hujintaomustresign3: WRT internal affairs, we do not bend to the will of the international community. you need to be more ferocious than the Japanese once were in order to convince us to do YOUR bidding. and a party alone never holds sovereignty over anything. the PRC holds true sovereignty. I don't care if you would rather give it to the ROC, because it is still a Chinese government.
As long as it is not the next party congress and economy is well, Hu must NOT resign!
@mathpianist93 Hu must resign because he is fat and ugly and he likes to pay himself 1M US $ banquets EVERYDAY with the money of the country while a LOT of Chinese cannot afford 3 meals a day :)
@mathpianist93 Dissidents are part of the Tibetans population so targetting and killing all the dissidents or attempting to do so can be called GENOCIDE under internationnal LAWS
Want to go in INTERNATIONNAL Court with us to see who is RIGHT, I guarantee you you will have what you deseve for once which I would love China being punished for their GENOCIDE IN TIBET!
there's more history between the Chinese and the Tibetans compared to India and the Manipurians and Kashmiris. And India wanted to get Tibet too...lmao^^
@hujintaomustresign3: name the benefits of Western-style democracy to the mainland. and don't think that Tibetans and/or Uyghurs should earn rights before anyone else in the nation (hello racism?)
I think you are the maniac for fabricating this 'cretinmunism' term without any explanation.
the irritating nature of your comments on similar videos constitutes trolling. I don't care to comment on most "Free" (it already is) Tibet videos
If china now is like the US, strong and powerful in the whole world, will they want to be "freed"? The old "ruler" of Tibet want to be like God and when he can't, he brainwash his followers.Lets say Tibet is "freed". will anyone care about them?it will become another North Korea and you people will want to escape to China.Wake up your idea.
Tibet to China is same as California and Texas to united state. Should USA give California and Texas back to Mexico? IF people answer yes than i would say China should give Tibet independent.
great video "bharatamata" Indian government need to recognise tibet as a Independent nation and surely Europe and US will follow us. Bcoz everyone hate the communist chinese. Tibetians came to India with a hope we will protect them and we are doing that but we need to help them get freedom from the chinese pandas. Also it helps India to permanently stop chinese aggression in our north eastern state borders.
Not every one hate the communist Chinese, we in Asia has nothing against the communist Chinese. Yes, most of us in South East and East Asia hate the Japanese and most of us in South East Asia Love the British because of history.
The sitting army in Tibet is the PRC army and Han Chinese are the majority in Tibet. Tibetan cause was lost.
@hujintaomustresign3: so several more million ethnic Tibetans disappeared? you have no proof of active targeting of the entire population; at most it's just the dissidents
On behalf of all Chinese people, I want to offer the Tibetan people our sincere apologies for the cruelties inflicted upon them by the Chinese government. Tibet has never been and never will be a part of China. I hope one day Tibetans will receive the freedom that they need and deserve. I am ashamed of what the communist government and the CCP has done in Tibet. I hope that one day Tibet will again be free and regain its independence and sovereignty. I am sorry for the evils you have suffered.
Umm just bcoz Tibet has so called "a diff culture" to the majority of China dsnt mean it has to be an independent country??? Heard of multiculturalism?? China is the best at it, there's no racism amongst diff any ethinities at all. Name another country that does that?
But yeah everyone else has sed wat i want to say lol
---no racism in China? Okay, it is just classicism because ethnicity is not a race. China has a caste system that discriminates against many of its people. Truth is truth.
Yeah I dont support the CCP, I recently did a project on the freedom of speech/press in China and was realllllllllly unimpressed about what I found out..
But I hav to disagree with u here. What makes u say China is racist? Explain. & Do u mean the govt is or Chinese people?
If ur going to reply could u please reply to my account lol thx
Manchus and Mongols r all chin............This guy thinks Qing and Yuan r made of all other races, but actually Han r always involved in those. Ppl r always trying to undermining Han saying that other races r good.......
The Tibetan people should decide what kind of government they want even if it is the Chinese govnt. although that will never happen so long as they are under Chinese rule because as we all no having the freedom to say what u want, do what u like and choose the way your country is ruled is evil, obviously.
We are not TRYING to make the conflicts in those countrys worse, we are trying to make them BETTER. We are in those countrys trying to help out the people and give them the freedom that they were denied by there previous Governments.
those wars were started to try and help the people of those countrys ok? its not like we were trying to mess them up...
lots of diffrent countrys from the UN are there right now in those places working together to make those countrys better for the poeple.
yeah because communist countries have never invaded another country and completely messed up -_-
all im trying to say is that the Tibetan people should be able to decide wether they want to be independant or if the want to remain under chinese rule.
then why not ask the tibetans in tibet themselves??
the homeless dogs in india can not represent 6 million tibetans in tibet.
furthermore, 50% of the 6 million tibetans are even not living in tibet! they are living in other 4 chinese provinces and no chinese ever did them harm!
second of all, Taiwan was always ours, like Hongkong and Macau, only drifted away because of the KMT, i dont understand the whole tibet situation started because of tibet independent groups started riots against the tibet loyalists geez i wonder if u ever had any history lessons, and speaking of human rights, lets talk about the racism in USA and all the slavery crap, just becuz is in the past it is not autrocity against humanity? think about it before u make another stupid video
ok first of all you need a proper history lesson second of all you obviously have no idea what ur talking about
So you are saying Qing dynasty ruled Tibet and tibet shouldnt be a part of china? they speak same language as us and without us they will be like outer mongolia poor n broke n no one will give a shit about them
more then 85000 tibetans. since 1950 more then 1,2 million tibetans were killed by chinese. chinese goverment tryes to get rid of tibetan culture and identety. they destroied many monasteries and built new buildings. they send more and more chinese to tibet to water down the population. today only one third of the people living in tibet r tibetans. its a good thing not to trust anyone , but its very dangerous to claim wrong history because of informations a ccp goverment provides
amnesty international says about chinese goverment in summer 2008:
"...Human rights activists who dare to speak out have been a particular target. In April this year prominent human rights activist and blogger Hu Jia was imprisoned simply for writing a letter critical of the human rights situation in China..."
chinese goverment brutally occupied tibet and killed 1,2million tibetans. chinese people dont know about that cause their medias r controled be the goverment
I am a Malaysian, far from Chinese media and yet I still disagree with this whole "Free Tibet" thing. Theres no factual statistics of these massacres, my friend. Its a lie that I found out recently. I feel really manipulated now because I once believe that too. Until I did research on the entire Chinese dynasty and found out the truth.
What about the US and the commonwealth? These were nations founded by subjugating an innocent indigenous people. However should we give the US back to the Native Americans, Australia back to the Aborigines?
No, because since these (unjust)colonisations, much energy has been invested building these nations, and the "invaders" have now become the native majority. The same can be said of Tibet (80% Han, with 10% GDP growth per year, thanks to the PRC). Why the double standard for China?
Look, I don't think it matters whether Tibetans are historically part of China or not... States come and go, and like someone before have said, what matters is whether the state has power or not. The problem with Tibet is not historically its not part of China; rather its on the issue of legitimacy. Unless the Tibetans declare that they want to be free from the PRC, than the status quo can't be changed; unfortunately, wishing for free referendum in a communist state is like wishing pigs can fly.
How so? I've talked to many people who has been to Tibet and still they say that the building of schools, clinics and various needs centers there are actually beneficial to their citizens which is implemented and build by the CHINESE gov to help the well-being of the Tibetans. Only Tibetan screaming is the ones I see on media in western countries causing havoc and distruption. Shame.
Do you think Tibetans in Tibet are free to speak out?
If Tibetans say "Free Tibet" in Tibet they will be put in jail. Recently one person was beaten to death after being arrested in only 2 days! Not good.
Why not ? They have clinics and schools there. I've also met a few people who has visited Tibet and they say these people are doing better. Way better than the enslavement they were enforced to before.
Beaten to death 2 days after being arrested? Tell me, where do you get news like that? I'd like to see some sources please. I am generally neutral on this whole Tibetan freedom thing. But I'd like to know the so called "truth" some pro-Tibetans claim. No offense but I still fail to see it.
Exactly what I thought. You can't provide me the source and evidence I need to confirm your claim that a "Tibetan have been killed 2 days after arrested" instead you just throw one of your "Free Tibet" sayings at me. Pathetic. I hope you realize that "freeing" Tibetan people will enforce them into a network of enslavement again by the Dalai lama ? I actually worry about the welfare of the Tibetan people when they are "freed".
The imperialist chinese communist party (CCP) has been looting, torturing, killing and doing all sorts of other nasty stuff in Tibet since the invasion of independent Tibet 60 years ago.
How many people do you think were killed by the imperialist chinese communist party???
Still generalizing, no evidence, no links, no documentries, no reports. All stupid proscratination. No offense but I really do want to understand your stance but I just don't see the truth. "Nasty stuff"? Yeah so I thought coming from a pro-Tibet supporter. I heard the Dalai lama use to skin his subjects to make them become his tributes and use to torture them as he wish.
I've read a bried summary on it. Yes, China doesn't allow most of its people to migrate to other countries easily. Its only normal considering the fact that many other countries complain of the Chinese diaspora. I have mix feelings over the incident, perhaps, but that doesn't happen in Tibet and doesn't necessary mean that Chinese officials are keeping their eyes on Tibetans. Show me more. I really like to know actually. I am going to resume my research on the Nangpa La pass incident.
hi loser, u wanted sources for informations. here is what amnesty international. uk( i guess u know the human right organisatino) wrote about tibet on their web site: "...Prisoners continue to be tortured, and denied access to legal help. Thousands of people have been executed, often hours or even minutes after sentencing, since the Chinese authorities won their Olympic bid. Many who are sentenced are charged for politically motivated reasons and may not receive a free and fair trial."
I do not trust any western sources or the western media on it. However, I will look up Hu jia, I've heard of him before. Thank you for sharing your sources. Unlike SOME people who just like to insult.
But I'd like to quote some lies I've found. Jampal Chosang, the head of the Tibetan coalition, " "Tibetan culture, religion, and national identity are considered a threat" to China. " Thats a lie, China equally accounts that Tibetan people are fairly part of the 56 ethnic groups in China.
bioloser, it sounds a bit like racism to me when u say u dont trust western sources. amnesty international is an indipendent organisation founded in the uk, but its members are from all over the world, also from china- but like anyone who doesnt agree with ccp goverment its not allowed there...whom do u trust then? only people from china, or just from asia? u know indipendent media r not allowed in china, neither r human rights organisations. and chinese democraty movement cant say what think
I didn't agree with western sources because I've seen enough convincing lies, not necessary because I personally support China. I am neutral. Also I have nothing against caucasians but I prefer sources with tributes from people all over the world like the one you just mentioned.
u r right not to belief anyone but whom did u belief when u wrote there has never been a massacre in tibet? there r many indipendent human right organisation but as soon as one of them has a criticaly artikle on their site chinese goverment blocks it and says its illegal. its a fact that the cia providet tibet with money for the war against china and in 1959 tibetans in the region of lhasa used that support to rise up against the invaders... chinese millitar killed
yuan and qing is chinas INTERNAL AFFAIRS. china is one big union of 56 ethnic groups: han, russian, kazak tibeten, mongol, korean etc... gordan brown is scottish and is PRIME MINISTER of UK! no one wants him out because he is scottish.. UK just like china is a union of many ethnic groups!

At the time of its invasion by troops of the People's Liberation Army of China in 1949,
Tibet was an independent state in fact and law.
The military invasion constituted an aggression on a
sovereign state and a violation of international law.
Today's continued occupation of Tibet by China,
with the help of several hundred thousand troops,
represents an ongoing violation of international law
and of the fundamental rights of the
Tibetan people to independence.

Liu has been detained, put under house arrest and imprisoned many times for his writing and activism.

Now that the US has been suckling at the financial utter of China it has compromised its position and Tibetans pay the price, as usual.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@iamlumin: so you support a bloody US invasion of Tibet?
mathpianist93 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 Not necessarily. I support peaceful non-bloody exit of Chinese from all Tibetan territories including those lands incoporated into Chinese provinces in the 1950's. The I support a democractically elected government, a sustainable immgration policy and essentailly a balanced approach to modernization unlike the Chinese approach that spits on Tibetan culture and seeks to destroy our language, script, traditions, etc, etc, etc.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@iamlumin: not in ten thousand generations will any Chinese settle for independence of nearly a fourth of the nation's territory. continue to dream on.
"language, script": I think the CCP would start banning Tibetan language instruction in schools and discourage locals from speaking it if this were true. I think no signs in greater Tibet would be written in Tibetan script. utter bogus. not only do the facts seem to dodge you, but you seem to be a hardliner.
mathpianist93 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 So then the issue will continue on and genuine peace will never happen for the uninvited invaders. It's very difficult to get a good job in most parts of Tibet if you only speak Tibetan so the focus is no longer on learning Tibetan language. I'm not a hard liner. Our most sacred city has been turned into a cesspool. Nearly 1,000 brothels in Lhasa, tacky amusement park rides, stupid bars and cheap shops, most owned and operated by Han Chinese.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 The Chinese must also live with the lies they've bought into. We were a free country, not perfect but free. Trust me I was there. My family was there. I've have lost family due to the invasion and occupation. I have had friends shot, tortured. I've had friends who died trying to escape across the pass. Let's not even get into the rape of our national treasures, hundreds of thousands of tons of gold and silver taken to Beijing to be melted down, prior to the cultural revolution.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@iamlumin: free does not mean politically sovereign. any notion of full independence to me is hard-line.
just because the focus may have shifted does not mean that it is becoming less vital. I personally think it is the CCP's responsibility to instruct Mandarin better, and believe it should be the other way around: within Tibet, must speak Tibetan, but in order to interact with other provinces, must have Mandarin. makes sense? this is why all Tibetans should respect Hu Yaobang.
mathpianist93 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 It's different to want to do something as the result of free choice. Tibetans are having Chinese language, food, ways, etc, forced upon them due to invasion and occupation. Understand that prior to invasion very few permanent Chinese residents in Tibet. Tibetans are uniquely adapted to the high altitude and Han-Chinese are not. It is the Chinese who should adapt and learn to speak Tibetan. If I moved to Italy would I expect Italians to abandone their own language?
iamlumin 1 year ago
iamlumin: please do not suggest that any of these customs are being forced. the rest of China has great respect for the Tibetan people; they do not individually force... the greater interaction between the rest of the mainland with Tibet would naturally, eventually, introduce culture from those newcomers into Tibet. Tibetan culture, just like the rest of mainland culture, is not purely Tibetan. (note that I didn't say it is fake)
mathpianist93 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 I'm not suggesting. My statements are based on personal experience and observation. Can you say the same? Again, it's different if we invited people in as opposed to being invaded and occupied. By the way I've had Han people actually spite on me in public so don't tell me about what individuals do. We are "forced" to do what we have to do and keep our mouith shut, say that Tibet has always been part of China, hide our Tibetan flags or go to jail and endure who knows what.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@iamlumin: yes you are. you specifically stated these "forced" customs. as such, I have validity to accuse you of being a liar. I was implying that you cannot tell what ALL individuals do. stop making conclusions from just one person. they may even know of your actions to split the motherland and aid foreign imperialists. despite this, I would not mind if the each of the autonomous regions had their own "regional flag".
still I find your speaking for other Tibetans to be deeply disturbing.
mathpianist93 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 China is not and never was our Motherland. Our sacred land is Tibet & I am Tibetan and that is that. Trust me, the vast majority of Tibetans want our country back, want freedom from the oppressive Chinese that currently occupy our beloved homeland. You can't speak for all Chinese either. Chinese officials talk about how various actions have offended the Chinese people. Well you know what? Screw them! Invading, occupying, murdering, raping my people & land is more than offensive.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@iamlumin: you still speak as if you are 4 million Tibetans or your opinion is that heavy. My view is that those non-Tibetan Chinese who wish Tibet to split off are NOT true Chinese. and quit trying to compare this case to Natives. why are still so many of you in Tibet? bc there is no intention to push you AWAY
and I never asked you whether you are one of those Tibetans who last resided in the region more than 10 years ago
you never addressed the "regional flag" you only list your grievances
mathpianist93 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 I have some bad news for you. The vast majority of Tibetans and I do mean the vast majority of Tibetans do not and have never considered themselves Chinese. We don't want a regional flag we want our country back. Is that addressed enough? Nearly one million Tibetans have died as a direct result of the invasion and occupation. There are many of us in Tibet because itt's our sacred homeland. Why were there barely any Chinese in Tibet prior to 1949? Because it's not China! Never was.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@iamlumin: UTTER HOGWASH. you are one of those overly emotional Tibetans who DARE to claim that 1.2 million Tibetans have perished since 1950. many scholars could attest to how laughable that claim. continued spread of this and other LIES is a reason why your movement has lost traction since 2008. why pretty much no other Chinese before 1950? most certainly the rest of China could care less about the region, and imagine the exacting travel! now tell me boy, when did you last reside in Tibet?
mathpianist93 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 So what's a good number to be murdered, imprisoned, tortured, etc? Well, they suddenly care a hell a lot about it now don't they? I still have family in Tibet and it was not long ago that I personally was in Tibet. That's all I can say. I do not what to put my family at risk. Most Chinese knew nothing about Tibet. There were no so-called Chinese Tibetologist. Every wonder why? Because Tibet has never been part of China. My cousin recently sent to prison for 8 years.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@iamlumin: "...good number..." pathetic response. the difficult access to Tibet in older days is true, regardless of how much a Chinese government cared for Tibet.
there are many Chinese Tibetologists, mind you. Ever since the Yuan Dynasty, TIBET WAS ALWAYS, IS, AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE A PART OF CHINA.
explain why your cousin was sent to prison. for murder? (JK)
mathpianist93 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 Pathetic because it doesn't agree with your indoctrinated perspective. Since the Yuan Dynasty. You've been brainwashed well. Tibet was never ever a part of China. It's an illegal & immoral occupation. I can't talk much about my cousin without putting other family at risk. He possessed Tibetan flags, & spoke out for freedom. Murder? I've had 4 members of my family murdered over the last 40 years. Father died in labor camp. Mother tortured in prison, died shortly after release.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@iamlumin: no, pathetic because many Western Tibetologists utterly deride the 1.2 million figure. I recognise the figure is at least 100000. if you know what JK means, you should have known that I was joking. homicide carries a death sentence in the mainland. if they possessed Tibetan flags, then of course they would be imprisoned. there's nothing either of us can do about it. Tibet has always POLITICALLY been part of China. the 1912-1950 was not recognised at all.
mathpianist93 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 There are few people walking around as what you call Western Tibetologist. This was started by Chinese to try to legitimize themselves. Like a Chinese knows more about Tibet than a Tibetan. Please! Again, Tibet has never been a part of China. Tibet even conquered ancient capital of China. We weren't talking about if could do anything about it or not, however look around the world if people gave up on things in other areas we'd be living in quite a different world today.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 No one cares what figure "you" recognize. So, 100,000 is good to you? Then you obviously have a mental illness. Few so-called Tibetologist know anything about Tibet. Most never lived in Tibet, have no family in Tibet. Chinese seem to have the delusional idea that they know more about Tibet thanTibetans & how Tibetans should live, how they should act, how they should work, how they should practice religion, etc. Chinese don't & have never understood the depth of Tibetan culture.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@iamlumin: also the situation is likely to improve in 2012, with Xi Jinping becoming PRC President. Unlike Hu, he has almost no record of suppressing protests and has always served in the East of the country. Even Western-controlled Wikipedia says that he is "known for his liberal policies...frank openness about political...reforms"
as I have said, I recognise Tibetan issues as part of the greater human rights concerns in China. 你的理想特极端,但你不承认。完全是混帐
mathpianist93 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 Well, who knows? You really don't know what's going to happen in five minutes never mind in 2012. We Tibetans must live with the way it appears to be today and not focus on what might be. Again, you must understand we are not Chinese.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@iamlumin: you are the evil and arrogant one, trying to construe my mind about the figure. your haughtiness leads you to believe that others think they are more knowledgeable, when of course you cannot speak for them.
the other Chinese may not understand now, but they may eventually. you cannot claim such a strong possibility.
to my face and that of other anti-separatists: NO independence, NO whining about 1.2 million deaths since 1950. it's that simple
mathpianist93 1 year ago

I've seen Han people spit on Tibetans walking with their children. iamlumin 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 The Chinese have raped, exploited, renamed streets in Chinese, built false monuments, rewritten books, tried to take credit for dynasties that were not even Chinese, make us changed lyrics in ancient songs, ruined our monasteries, forced wise ones into exile or killed and/or tortured them.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 I know it's hard to accept when you have a vested interest in being right. If you see my side of things then you'd feel nothing but shame. My best friend's 8 year old son was shot in the back in the 1980's. We can forgive but we will never forget. No amount of roads, tacky amusement parks, bars, brothels, etc will change the truth. Tibetans are quiet right now. Be patient. There are cameras and spies everywhere in Tibet. There are freaking' police stations in monasteries.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@iamlumin: any gov't that ruled over all mainland is Chinese. the CCP has not renamed streets in TAR to a large extent, but have renamed places in Qinghai, Sichuan, Yunnan, Gansu that were once Tibetan but are not Tibetan autonomous regions. I wonder why. and don't try to speak for me either. complaints about history are not going to make things progress. you watched, but many years ago. fact is fact that there is great respect for Tibetan culture amongst other Chinese
mathpianist93 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 Respect! Are you joking? Like I said I've seen people make fun of us. I've experienced it. They make fun of our traditions, our religious practice. They look down on us. I even have photographs of Han-Chinese giving dirty looks to Tibetan Mother's with their children. They have turned our most sacred city into a cesspool. Lhasa has nearly 1,000 brothels. You have no understanding how offensive this is to the average Tibetan. They looted our monasteries and our national treasures.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@iamlumin: "looted" --- during GPCR, many ethnic Tibetans were part of the Red Guard, too, and of course the looting of monuments was prevalent throughout the mainland.
"respect": you clearly have not visited other parts of China and/or have very few non-Tibetan Chinese friends due to your separatist activites.
mathpianist93 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 Well, my parents and other releatives lived through it. Some didn't make it. One had little choice but to cooperate & go along with what was happening. It doesn't change the fact that the whole thing was initiated by the Chinese side. It was MAO's idea. we never had one famine until MAO's invasion and occupation. Then massive famines in Tibet. MAO caused the deaths of millions of Tibetans and Chinese and Chinese are so stupid and brainwashed they still revere him like a god today.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@iamlumin: just as it was MAO's idea, it was essentially MAO's idea only. you should realise that if moderates such as Zhou Enlai were paramount leader, the situation would be radically different. I think we needed Mao for the unification and initial reforms, and after that, he should have had much less power.
mathpianist93 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 Yes, ti was MAO's idea yet many, many, Chinese followed suit without question & continue to do so.You continue to repeat the party line. Note: one cannot separate that which was never rightully joined. Tibet is held only by force. This is why the Chinese authorities are so paranoid about it. They know they're on thin ground. They know that Tibet is not really theirs. They need the resources, space, water. Many Chinese who have left China have come to see the truth.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@iamlumin: did you not read my last sentence? the CCP authorities are paranoid because the WORLD IS OUT TO GET THE NATION: this cult of a movement has substantial foreign support. international law regarding sovereignty is on OUR side!
mathpianist93 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 Thank you for demonstrating my point perfectly. International law is really not on your side. The weakness and sucking up to the financial utter of the Chinese is the only thing keeping the status quo in place. According the laws and definitions put forth in the United Nations Tibet should be a free nation with all rights to self-determination. Politicians are weak and play the game necessary to keep them in power. The US has on many occasions declared Tibet an occupied country.

@iamlumin: I'll tell you what. I believe the CCP has lied about the autonomy aspect of the five ARs of the PRC, and this is strongly evidenced that Shanghai actually has more autonomy. you are confusing sovereignty with self-determination. for the latter, my opinion is this: make TAR, XUAR, NHAR, IMAR, and GZAR have autonomy not to SAR level, but close enough.
but since the Yuan Dynasty, Tibet has never been legally fully sovereign!
mathpianist93 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 International law does not require recognition by another nation state. Tibet wasn't very interested in the outside world. During the Yuan dynasty (1271-1368), the Mongol leader, Genghis Khan, conquered most of Eurasia including China. Tibet broke away from Mongol influence years before the Chinese did.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 You've been indoctrinated with a lot of misinformation. The Ming Dynasty never ruled Tibet and in fact, the Qing Emperor accepted the 5th Dalai Lama as leader of an independent state and note, the emperor also treated the DL as divinity on earth. During this period of history, Tibet was known in Chinese as Wu-si Zang or Wu-si Guo (guo means country. You must seek more unbiased sources.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@iamlumin: sovereignty does NOT mean rule. you clearly do not understand. no Chinese government actively RULED over Tibet until 1950, so Tibet was always DE FACTO independent before then, but not always sovereign.
and independence means autonomy of rule. independence and sovereignty are NOT equivalent!
mathpianist93 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 Evidently you do not read very well. I never said soverenignty means rule and I never said independence and sovereignty are equivalent. I don't see where Tibet has ever in history been a part of Cihna. That is my only claim. Even today saying Tibet is a part of China because the China hold it by force does not make it so. Surely a distinct people have a right to self-determination and thus the Chinese are trying to eliminate Tibetans as a disttinct group of people.
iamlumin 1 year ago
@mathpianist93 CCP has NOT SOVERIGNTY over anything, CCP is an illigitimate governmetn which took power by killing MILLIONS of people and all that by force
CCP is not even legitimate to start with so their claim on soverignty over Tibet is TOTALLY BULLSHIT

Tibet to China is same as California and Texas to united state. Should USA give California and Texas back to Mexico? IF people answer yes than i would say China should give Tibet independent.

Is Japanese rule of Manchukuo is military occupation? Or is it freedom for northern chinese from tyranny of qing?
Further, Texan locals never wanted to be with Mexico.
Ever seen Tibetan script? Its Indian, not Chinese.

great video "bharatamata" Indian government need to recognise tibet as a Independent nation and surely Europe and US will follow us. Bcoz everyone hate the communist chinese. Tibetians came to India with a hope we will protect them and we are doing that but we need to help them get freedom from the chinese pandas. Also it helps India to permanently stop chinese aggression in our north eastern state borders.
u really made a point. Proud of you.

Not every one hate the communist Chinese, we in Asia has nothing against the communist Chinese. Yes, most of us in South East and East Asia hate the Japanese and most of us in South East Asia Love the British because of history.

DarrynTheStrange 2 years ago
then why not ask the tibetans in tibet themselves??
the homeless dogs in india can not represent 6 million tibetans in tibet.
furthermore, 50% of the 6 million tibetans are even not living in tibet! they are living in other 4 chinese provinces and no chinese ever did them harm!

jz604 2 years ago
more then 85000 tibetans. since 1950 more then 1,2 million tibetans were killed by chinese. chinese goverment tryes to get rid of tibetan culture and identety. they destroied many monasteries and built new buildings. they send more and more chinese to tibet to water down the population. today only one third of the people living in tibet r tibetans. its a good thing not to trust anyone , but its very dangerous to claim wrong history because of informations a ccp goverment provides
zillyberlin 2 years ago
amnesty international says about chinese goverment in summer 2008:
"...Human rights activists who dare to speak out have been a particular target. In April this year prominent human rights activist and blogger Hu Jia was imprisoned simply for writing a letter critical of the human rights situation in China..."
zillyberlin 2 years ago
chinese goverment brutally occupied tibet and killed 1,2million tibetans. chinese people dont know about that cause their medias r controled be the goverment
zillyberlin 3 years ago

Why the double standard for China?
drum866 3 years ago

Not good.
ChinaKillsNuns 2 years ago
Bioloser 2 years ago
Tibetans would like there country back.
Do you think Tibetans in Tibet are happy?
ChinaKillsNuns 2 years ago
Exactly what I thought. You can't provide me the source and evidence I need to confirm your claim that a "Tibetan have been killed 2 days after arrested" instead you just throw one of your "Free Tibet" sayings at me. Pathetic. I hope you realize that "freeing" Tibetan people will enforce them into a network of enslavement again by the Dalai lama ? I actually worry about the welfare of the Tibetan people when they are "freed".
Bioloser 2 years ago
The imperialist chinese communist party (CCP) has been looting, torturing, killing and doing all sorts of other nasty stuff in Tibet since the invasion of independent Tibet 60 years ago.
How many people do you think were killed by the imperialist chinese communist party???
ChinaKillsNuns 2 years ago
Still generalizing, no evidence, no links, no documentries, no reports. All stupid proscratination. No offense but I really do want to understand your stance but I just don't see the truth. "Nasty stuff"? Yeah so I thought coming from a pro-Tibet supporter. I heard the Dalai lama use to skin his subjects to make them become his tributes and use to torture them as he wish.

Have you heard of Nangpa La pass?
ChinaKillsNuns 2 years ago

Many who are sentenced are charged for politically motivated reasons and may not receive a free and fair trial."
zillyberlin 2 years ago
I do not trust any western sources or the western media on it. However, I will look up Hu jia, I've heard of him before. Thank you for sharing your sources. Unlike SOME people who just like to insult.
But I'd like to quote some lies I've found. Jampal Chosang, the head of the Tibetan coalition, " "Tibetan culture, religion, and national identity are considered a threat" to China. " Thats a lie, China equally accounts that Tibetan people are fairly part of the 56 ethnic groups in China.
Bioloser 2 years ago
bioloser, it sounds a bit like racism to me when u say u dont trust western sources. amnesty international is an indipendent organisation founded in the uk, but its members are from all over the world, also from china- but like anyone who doesnt agree with ccp goverment its not allowed there...whom do u trust then? only people from china, or just from asia? u know indipendent media r not allowed in china, neither r human rights organisations. and chinese democraty movement cant say what think
zillyberlin 2 years ago
I didn't agree with western sources because I've seen enough convincing lies, not necessary because I personally support China. I am neutral. Also I have nothing against caucasians but I prefer sources with tributes from people all over the world like the one you just mentioned.
Bioloser 2 years ago
u r right not to belief anyone but whom did u belief when u wrote there has never been a massacre in tibet? there r many indipendent human right organisation but as soon as one of them has a criticaly artikle on their site chinese goverment blocks it and says its illegal. its a fact that the cia providet tibet with money for the war against china and in 1959 tibetans in the region of lhasa used that support to rise up against the invaders... chinese millitar killed
