i have drifted my supra mk3 on a traffic with crowds, not expectators and noticed different slides on different tires, the best for supra is the bf goodrich ge force t/a coz it can control the weight and drift of a wild supra....

Well, real drifting started as Touge (mountain drifting) they can basically fall off a fucking cliff and they drive at night so not many traffic comes through. There are still some traffic is it poses high risk drifting in the dark on a mountain side.

This is just a video of drift competition being organize as an event for commercial purposes. don't see why anyone have to talk crap about drifting in a track thats for a conpetition.

Drifting 4WD dosn't really work, makes it way more difficult to connect drifts and control the drift.... you're basically just powersliding.

you use inertia to carry you throughout the turn. For example: quick right, then quick left to initiate the slide at speed then straighten your wheel so the 4wd system doesn't pull you the way your front wheels are going, that's if you want to control the drift without turning too tightly or to wide. Otherwise its a powerslide.

just thought i would mention that for drifting the most important is not a 2,700 lb, 450 hp import car, you need a FR layout with a lsd and good suspensions and engine with good response and good torque band, the top 2 professionnal drift cars of TODAY, i say definatly the Toyota Chaser and the Silvia S15
