The 2nd one, the 1998 special release, George Lucas changed the scene because he didn't want Han Solo to look like a bad role model to kids so he made Greedo shoot first and then a second later Han shoots. In the final version, the DVD version, Han Solo and Greedo shoot almost the same time.
