A Bowmaster can hit 150k +, even if that is true, that is only against once enemy, while the Crossbow Master is able to hit a mob.

Piercing shoots after getting hit, only if nothing is blocking you. You need to keep a distance and freeze the monsters well enough, before releasing Piercing. It doesn't deactivate, but it releases as long as your minimum range is met.

kaleman69, if you want to go into dissing classes, then i can give you the truth. theives are worthless garbage, because they basically copy off warriors and archers, BOTH kinds. it's the truth, look at hermit's avenger and cheif bandit's band of theives. remind you of iron arrow and the warriors' roars? yea...so, um please shush up, because each class has their own uniqueness to them. and storm of arrows' speed obviously INCREASES each time you level the skill up. so don't be so hasty to judge.

CROSSBOW MASTERS RULE!! CROSSBOW EXPERTISE RAISES WEAPON ATTACK AS WELL AS MASTERY! AND THAT ONE HIT KILL MOVE CALLED SNIPING, OH YEA!! if you notice though, archers are a mix, which makes them even more awesome. hunters are more like hermit bowmen, cuz their fourth job has that skill that shoots REAL fast, while crossbowman are like warrior bowmen, cuz they focus more on powerful strikes. in which, in MY opinion, makes archers FRICHEN AWESOME!!

And pstheunseen, I did not know SoA speed increases as the skill level increases. o_O Are you sure about that? I never read anything about it. I thought for sure the firing speed stays the same at any level.

well, DUH heroes hit bigger damage. they're ONLY warriors, you know. but crossbowman have range on them, and to hit THAT high with a single arrow? i don't think warriors have a skill that eliminates an enemy in a single shot regardless of HP. every class has their own unique skills though.

Umm wrong. Hurricane is fast. You probably saw that video where the Hurricane arrows were coming out slow. That's because the video was being taken by someone else. On the Bow Master's side it's really fast but on other people's computers it looks slower to prevent lagging. You have to pay attention to the number damage coming out of the monster. They were popping out 10 or so in a second.

Most people in gms are in the hell levels (60-80) we only have about 4000 people who are actually over lv120, besides we wont get 4th job till we get riprey which is a very long time away I dont except us to get 4th job till next summer which is lots of time for me to get my chief bandit to lv120 w00t!

OMG lvl 191 98k dmg.. wow.. the max damage in Maple is 99k!!

However, there is another class that is very pro on 4th Job: The Bishop. ;)

Some classes can do over 99,999 damage. Crossbowmasters with pierce are one - I've seen it crit for over 150K. And that's a mob skill..

Also, sharp eyes makes damage able to go over 99,999 for those that have the damage capped at it.
