well, jeff loomis the guitarist of nevermore uses a 7 string guitar u can still play some of the riffs and solos of some nevermore songs but u need a 7 string guitar to play them well

Blahkaw98, Ibanez guitars aren't exactly know for having small necks. Although it's not usually ideal (unless you have large hands, like myself), Ibanez releases an array of jumbo neck guitars.

I'd definitely guess it's a mixture of both. I really enjoyed the video, regardless.
