First, Guns N Roses is no where near to be forgotten and is probably as Known today as MEtallica al over the world, and im not saying they are better or more influencing than MEtallica cuz thats hard to say.. each one in his own gender of music.. but Guns and Roses only actually runned from 1987 to 1993 and are practically at the same level of Stardom than Metallica. you cant deny that.

I think part of the reason they have lasted longer also has something to do with the fact they're simply better musicians. Guns n roses were simply a pin up band at the time.

@franjon metallica are not better musicians. it has nothing to do wih musicianship. Guns got on top of the world in less than six years. they were the ultimate rockstars and even so many years later, their legacy lives on and thousands of people worldwide pray for a reunion. that proves that not only they weren't bad musicians but they were better than metallica. it's just that they didn't get along with each other.
