@turns2gold In the excercize that is all that is required. As the lessons unfold, there will be more and more practicings of other things, but to start at this elementary sage...YES...just learn to relax physically and let you mind wonder. Focusing the mental thoughts will come in later lessons.
i'd like to add that i'm sure you'll say we need to be able to master these things to protect ourselves from those corrupt people in high places. to take control of our own minds so that others cannot. but, again, something about all this is odd and doesnt sit right with me. a bit too much eastern mysticism here. ideas identical to theosophy and magic. i've told people not to sabbotage themselves. to recognize their potential. but this video seems to go well beyond that. but, its just my opinion
woah. not that i disagree exactly, i believe a lot is in the mind.. and, choice is significant. so, not trying to argue or be confrontational in that way. this just all sounds way too much like theosophy and magic. that our redeemer and god is within. it sounds like you want to "free" us, but, by teaching us to believe what many corrupt people high up in this world believe and follow. to realize the lucifer within. i'm sure you'll have a good answer to all this.. but, i'm still not feeling this.

An torture might apply electricity in his trade to sadistically kill his victim...does this mean electricity does not hold benefit if used in a different way? Same thing here, these are just powers and laws to apply it. Whatsoever you believe you will receive Jesus said, and it matters not whether good or evil, you decide that.
@unicron24 This will be a series of 24 lessons and as you will discover as the lessons continue, you and I and everyone else are already masters at manifesting and applying the power of our minds to manifest. But, we all have learned through conditioning to largely do it in the negative and so we manifest, poor health, bad relationships, poverty, frustration and fear, destruction and war, isolation and lonliness and the list of negatives go on. Now, learn to turn it all around!!!!
@branchingvine i sure hope so,, i cant wait to turn it around, oh how it would be to hear gods voice every moment of life..instead of straining to hear and manifesting the negitive,,, i thank you for this video series...
