Well, my favorite Data episode is "Data's Day" from Season 4, where Data narrates a day in his life - it's well worth it to see him interact with his friends and to see him learn how to dance! Another good one is "Birthright, Part 1," where his dream program is activated and he has a vision of his father, Dr. Soong. Also worth checking out are "Time's Arrow, Parts 1 & 2," "Descent, Parts 1 & 2," "Brothers," and "Phantasms."
