This seems to be the most practical and simple way of getting the job done. Can you show a video of how you actually laid it down. Thanks. Where did you get the items and what is the cost? per 10 feet say.
Nice video, I'm going to try this. I've come to the conclusion that fencing is really the only sure method of keeping critters out of the garden. I LOL@1:41 when you flung the old fencing...out with the old, in with the new! :D
You get those posts in the ground by using a post hole pounder. They are very slick. They slip over the top of the stake and then you just pound the steaks/poles in.
Kenny did you know that deer wont walk on fencing laying on ground so if you have deer problem, laying a flat layer of the same fencing around flower veggie garden will also keep deer away
Your fence looks amazing. This is gonna help me in my garden. Have around here many cats and rabbits, I like them but man they love my garden and it's not good so this is a good solution.
I think I'll get 3- or 4-ft hex-shaped poultry fencing, it has very small holes, I think only 1 inch. I like your folding technique, very clever! I was going to bury the bottom few inches of fence in the ground but your idea sounds like less work AND just as effective or more.
Q: With fencing that tall, how do you get in and out of it? Do you leave some fencing free at the end and tie/untie it? Or do you have a "gate" that you've fashioned? Please fill me in there, I'm very curious to know.

Bending extra fence out like that is a great idea. Saves from having to cut it and helps to keep the critters out. Thanks for the video.

I use poultry fencing. There's no way they can get through it! I need it to be taller though.
