Diesector seemed a bit sluggish on response to controls when he first entered Battlebots but maybe its just because RC technology wasnt as advanced as it is today
@KnuxMaster i think he had to go into the battle right after he beat war machine. they usually do the semi finals and go right into the finals after that. thats not alot of time to change batteries so diesector had spent some of his juice against war machine and in that match he looked pretty energetic.
Absolutely awesome battle! Thanks for sharing (though it sucks that the clip cut off the results). Die Sector is my whole family's favorite bot, but I have major respect for Atomic Wedgie, both in fighting ability, AND the sportsmanship shown here.
Seriously, BattleBots shoulda become a major and permanent sport on ESPN or something. You get far more intensity than in boxing or cage fighting, with the same amount of complexity, AND nobody gets hurt. It's THE best fighting sport there is!
Oh Atomic Wedgie! Why did you not simply start upside down since you know that that cheating scum revision z screwed up your tread? Why did you continue to fight, knowing that you had an unreliable bottom tread?
@battlebots1 revision z cheated? if you watch that fight, it wasn't on purpose that atomic wedgie and revision z got stuck because they both ran at each other and turned away at the same time. i agree that the judges should have seperated them but they were stupid. but that can't be blamed on revision z and their team. atomic wedgie won anyways so whats it matter even if they cheated? they still lost bad against diesector.
@battlebots1 then they should have seperated them. if the tail was NOT allowed at all for the competition, then they would have been forced to take it off. its just cosmetic. or did you expect them to make that tail in hopes that it would entangle with someone's saw blades? lol. I think not. again its the judges that are to blame if they shoul d have been seperated. just like voltarc when he had biohazard the entire match and was never freed.
@eishiba10 well, maybe not intentionally cheating, but you can't have anything that entangles other bots so the judges should have made them take off the tail thingy since it had a possibility of getting caught in stuff....

@eishiba10 but atomic wedgie got hurt because of it, and the fix wasn't perfect or ideal for the fight, and like my first comment said, it would have been good to start upside down because the tread was unreliable from the revision z fight. I suppose it would be kinda weird for the controls though...
Thanks for posting these. Can you place in the description who actually wins these bot fights? Kind of pointless at the end when it just cuts off and it says nothing about who won.
