Although I like Michael Ironside as an actor, the Chairman was a lame Walker villain overall. He felt more like a reject from a James Bond movie and was a blatant ripoff of The One from "Martial Law". Sorry to say this, but I am so glad that he got blown to bits because he will not be missed as a character in the Walker mythos.
