the 1974 film and the 2009 film are very different. the original was more focused on the subject at hand while the 2009 film was focused A LOT more on the characters.

One of the WORST remakes I've ever seen! God this movie sucked! It was well written, but the pacing sucked, there wasn't an ounce of tension in it, edited waaayyy too fucking fast (looks like it was edited in a fucking blender), and Travolta was way too over the top. Fuck this movie, see the original.

I agree with robotpanda77 the shots that came out blury and skiddy was a big bother for me in this movie, the difference between the original and this one the 1974 was cleaner then this one as far as cursing goes but the big thing is that this one was more scary with john being very villian like and very damanding. I did love this movie I would recomend it though its best if you see the first one in order to see this one so you can see what I'm talking about.

Saw it today. Much better than I thought it would be. Much better then that piece of sh*t 'The Day The Earth Stood Still' remake.

I didn't like how the cops, when delivering the money, kept crashing, even though the roads were supposed to be clear.

One cop did a front flip when his bike hit a parked cab. How could he not see a parked cab? Another couple of cops in a squad car made another cab flip several times. Cop crashes were not needed at all.

the actual meaning is the movie showtimes in between 4 and 6. People just got off work at around 5 so they go to a later movie at around 8 or 9, the 4 to 6 movies are movies that have been out for a little while, and aren't huge blockbusters. Because of that, the tickets are cheaper. Not many people see matinee movie

this movie was only good for the dialogue section between Denzel and Travolta. They put issues in there that werent dealt with to its potentials. the laptop wwith video conference,The SWAT team, Denzel's relationship with his asshole superior. Did Denzel take the bribe... Many loopholes that were dealt with too loosely I think. Otherwise these shouldnt have been in there. The ending was too simple.

I saw the movie yesterday. I thought the chase scenes were typical but the first one is understandable while the second should've been taken out or changed. It was still a good movie plus I think the explicit language and "loose head" of Travolta in this film shows his character's insanity and was a perfect fit into the movie.

Where you are on the edge of your seat and actually care about what happens to the main characters. Terminator 1 and 2 were awesome. Terminator 3 wasnt so good but not terrible.
