It seems like you are shooting the guns wrong. It looks like you are leaning back instead of leaning into the gun with your feet spread out, also your feet seem close together. Not trying to be mean but It just looks like you are holding the guns wrong in the wrong position.

You shouldn't hold the .38 like that with both hands. Your thumb should never be near the slide or you will slice your thumb up. Interlock your thumbs together away from the slide.
