The garbage truck came down Eagle Rock Avenue and lost it's brakes. Eagle Rock avenue has a truck restriction for this reason.

I know someone who was in this accident. I used to work with her. Her car is the green Volkswagen Golf on top of the truck seen from 0:35 through the end of the video. She was coming out of Carousel's Candy Shop and just after she put her seat belt on, the truck slid under her car, lifting it up the way it did. A passer-by got her out through her passenger-side window.

So what happened, truck driver suffer some sort of medical condition?? That sure is a lot of damage.

Didn't get to much information as you can see. However, I was told that everyone walked away.
