imagine it! He pushes himself, without triggers you wouldn't hear much of the bass drums at all.

The volume of the guitars, bass and drums can overlap/fight-to-be-heard. That will sound like shit.

@Colisholi I do drum live without triggers, it's not too hard if you practice with ankle weights on all the time, do you drum? You should try that too =]
